Position: Senior planning engineer
Project Handled: 1) Saleem Residential apartment & luxury villas at Muscat.
2) Al Mouj Golf Course construction project.
3) OBO Development Project.
4) Philex Pharmaceutical Factory at Salalah, Oman.
Duties and responsibility:
• Project Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, preparing project master program, resource plan, EOT claim by using FIDIC conditions, Justification references & other contractual documents, Delay analysis claim, Project time & cost implication monitoring, tender submissions etc.
• Developing projects Cash flow plan, S-Curves, Procurement plan, Manpower allocations etc., along with Histograms and monitoring their actuals as per assigned weightages and time.
• Monitoring and controlling project cost by evaluating the productivity and the performed expenditures against the budgeted cost for the project, And reporting the management regarding the real status using project management tools includes BCWS, ACWP, BCWP, PV, AC, EV, CV, SV, SPI, CPI.
• Attending Client progress meetings & also conducting internal meetings with management HOD's & Engineers regarding Project issues & critical activities for achieving the project tasks.
• Weekly updating the approved baseline program & MDR as per actuals on site.
• Preparing DPR, PMS updates, Weekly, Monthly reports including ‘S’-curves, one week & one month look ahead for Client and Management reviews.

Position: Senior Planning engineer (2.7 years)
Project Handled: 1) Takreer Induatrial Norm handling treatment & disposal plant at
Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi - Project value - AED, 4.4 Billion.
2) High rise Residential apartment PF+BF+GF+14F+RF, Abu Dhabi.
- Project value - AED, 1.2Billion.
Duties and responsibility:
• Project Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, preparing master program, resource plan, EOT claim by using FIDIC conditions & other contractual documents, Delay analysis claim, Project Invoice claiming, tender submission etc.
• Weekly updating the approved baseline program & MDR as per actuals on site.
• Preparing DPR, PMS updates, Weekly, Monthly reports including ‘S’-curves, one week & one month look ahead for Client and Management reviews.
• Preparing resource allocation, Procurement, Mobilization, de-mobilization plan & monitoring the actuals on site.
• Attending Client progress meetings & also conducting internal meetings with management HOD's& Engineers regarding Project issues & critical activities for achieving the target.

Position: Project planning engineer (2 Years)
Project Handled: 1) Lulu hypermarket - project value- Qr, 1.35 Billion.
2) Ashghal Roads & Infrastructure - project value - Qr, 1.1 Billion.
Duties and responsibility:
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, preparing master program, resource planning, EOT claim by using FIDIC conditions & other contractual documents, Cash flow, Delay analysis, Project Invoice claiming etc.
• Weekly updating the approved baseline program as per actuals on site.
• Preparing Daily, PMS updates, Weekly, Monthly reports including ‘S’-curves, weekly look ahead & monthly look ahead activities for construction and Management reviews.
• Preparing Cost report for PV, EV, SPI and SPI, CPI against established man-hour & Quantity and submitting to the Project control manager and the management.
• Attending Client progress meetings &also conducting internal meetings with management hod's & Engineers regarding construction issues and progress for achieving the target.

Position: Planning engineer (4 Year)
Project Handled: Green Acres high raise apartment2B+GF+20FL (project value- Rs.340crs).

Duties and responsibility:
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, preparing master program, resource planning, EOT, Cash flow, Delay analysis, Project Invoice claiming etc.
• Preparing Daily, PMS updates, Weekly, Monthly reports including ‘S’-curves, look ahead activities for construction and Management reviews.
• Visit building sites to monitor progress & highlighting the critical activities to the construction team.
• Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
• Preparing resource allocation, Mobilization, de-mobilization plan & monitoring the actuals on site.

• selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
• analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
• drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
• preparing logistics plans and pricing schedules for individual projects
