Delivery of Cyber security projects in line with the strategic plan and roadmap ensuring benefits alignment across all business units which includes Cloud, IAM, Networking & Infrastructure
• Engaging with Service Leaders & Finance team for Budgeting, Forecasting and cost plan and AOP updates
• Monitoring & controlling the expense against delivered and realized benefits as the progress of the project, also engaging with vendors for creating and tracking SOW and Purchase Orders
• Accountable for managing/hiring internal and external resources working on the project/program, including other project managers; number and extent of resources will vary depending on the project/program. This will include setting clear timelines and milestones, co-shaping the deliverables, resolving conflicts and dependencies, monitoring and managing risks and issues
• Oversee the protection of business information assets through the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of information security risks including the assessment of emerging obligations and technology risks further reducing the risk of data leakage
Took care of SAP upgrade projects where the platform and infrastructure were upgraded to the new version
• With the help of the IT team executed the development and deployment of enhanced user access capabilities under the cybersecurity program
• Lead governance and oversight of the cybersecurity program as it relates to IT Security Operations.
• Establish healthy billing and collection practices with the client’s accounts payable/finance team
• Tracking project actuals Vs the budget and reporting any variance in expected revenue and profit.
• Monitored and tracked budget, providing an ongoing challenge around scope and associated business case, and (if and when required) submit changes to the budget authorization process. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the project business case
• Developed and maintained a clear stakeholder map, highlighting different stakeholder needs and interaction preferences
• In conjunction with the SOC lead, defined and collected metrics / KPIs for Network Security and periodically reported to leadership on SOC events/incidents and the overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity operations program to help ensure SOC metrics are in line with risk appetite.
• Lead/Coordinate actions related to cyber/network incident response and investigation activities (triage, root cause analysis, communication); determine the severity level of incidents and course of actions to include escalation and communication. Creating Tabletop exercises for C Level executives.

fulfilling the same.

network/system/allocation security/testing, incident management, Identity
access management.

• Develop and implement effective cyber security plans to maintain the security of
computer files against unauthorized modification, destruction, and disclosure

SLA requirements and discussed the same with top management.
• Encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential
information during transmission and keep out tainted digital transfers
