Brief of my Job tasks:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance to International Accounting Standards. like IFRS & GAAPS.
- Financial Audit & control process.
- Financial planning, preparing complete financial system (policies, procedures, documents, reports)
- Preparing economic feasibility studies.
- Financial analysis
- Providing needed financial training courses to trainees or junior accountants
- Provide book keeping
- Credit & Collections Process
- Make monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Prepare monthly payroll sheets.
- Participation in cash management process.
- Audit revenue recognition، collection، adjustments petty cash.
- Prepare purchases order to suppliers.
- Prepare the annual budget & recognise the deviations with the actual financial reports
- Make a budget for internal projects and follow up implementation and report feedback.
- Cost control analysis & needed reports
- Design and implement documentary cycle.
- Develop and implement control activates within the organization to insure effectiveness and efficiency of operation.
- Review policies and procedures and give recommendations monthly.
- Prepare analytical reports to top management and tax authorities.
- Represent companies in tax issues.
