Responsibilities:
•Find out all required spare parts to maintain the minimum stock level using FLYPAL and RAMCO inventory system.
•Monitor the incoming/outgoing goods and items to ensure they are compliant with requirements and procedures
•Supervise, guide and coordinate day-to-day activities of stores to ensure that storage, issues, dispatch and handling requirements are satisfactorily met.
• Maintaining all stores with relevant documents as per DGCA requirement.
•Responsible to administer periodic inventory checks to ensure that items are kept in proper bin locations and update stock balances and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor daily stock discrepancies and take corrective measures and report to material planning & finance through the manager.
• Responsible for Bonded, POL, Consumable, Tool Store, Tools Calibration.
• Inspection of Goods on arrival as per purchase order / Contract & transfer to Bonded Stores to respective locations with serviceable Tags.
•Monitoring of Self life expiry items. Monitoring of Slow Moving & Fast moving items.
• Participating in both internal and external audit as and when required. Assisting with the satisfactory closure of all or any audit findings.
• Verify, document and accept/reject incoming goods to ensure received material is consistent with quality and safety standards.
•Proper packing of all the Unserviceable parts with proper documents such as Unserviceable tag, History Card for export to repair agency.
•Associates in supply and procurement services.
•Associates in line and base Maintenance of Helicopters (AIRBUS AS365 N3, BELL 412EP & AW139)
Associated in both Technical Store and Maintenance Activities. During this I been engaged in day today store activities like Issuing Parts, Receiving shipments, tool controlling etc and in Engineering Division I been Assisting Engineers and Technician In Both line and major Maintenance of
•Airbus Helicopters Dauphin AS365N3 fitted with Turbomeca Arriel 2C engines.
•Bell 412EP fitted with P&WC PT6T-3DF engines.
•Agusta Westland AW139 fitted with P&WC PT6C-67C engines
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate all NDT activities, Dimensional, Leak Test & Visual inspection to assist the Inspector and Engineer during on-steam inspection of piping, vessels and quality control of all welding complying with company health safety and Environment as well as work permit, policies and procedures.
