COORDINATE WITH ALL THE ISLANDS IN OFFSHORE TO BOATS OR HELICOPTER FOR TRANSPORT OF MANPOWER, MATERIALS AND ARRANGE FOR THE NEEDS OF FUEL AND SO ON .
PREPARE DAILY REPORTS AND SEND TO MANGEMENT.

Sending reports to the management
• Monitor real time performance against established service level objectives and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
• Managing breaks and their adherence of all agents across all multi skills.
• Identify any overtime requirements for the day/month & coordinate with Team Leaders/Performance managers.
• Approve all swaps requests for agents and Team leaders as per set policy.
• Preparing and maintaining reports and reporting data to support the continuous improvement of UAE operations.
• Preparing and Maintaining of agents performance database & tracking.
• Conduct research and analysis according to established processes and procedures to provide updates on business relevant trends and recommendations to improve performance.
Monthly MIS for check and control on marketing spends.
Handling corporate expense and monthly provisioning and reconciliation.
Set and ensure adherence to all processes and procedures.
Processing of payments as per set TAT’s and timely system/record updating.
Ensure proper checking and verification of all bills.
Liaison with internal departments, Teams, Agencies/Vendors for billing and payments.
Vendor wise: Records of estimation/billing and documentation/filing.
Support special initiatives of the company.
Entering in the ERP system for the release of the payment to the vendor.
Collection and dispatch of cheque to the concerned vendor or regional marketing manager.
Giving approval for branch wise marketing expense incurred.
Maintaining of area wise marketing spend report which included marketing activity undertaken by branches.
Budget compliance and spend tracking.
Maintain regular financial activities/ records of the organization.
Submission of report to the management for analysis.
Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
Preparation of accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.
Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
Strategically plan & manage operations of the branch.
Interacting with customers, introduction of products and services and maintain a good rapport with the customers.
Monitoring the work done by cashier, field officer, back office operations and tracking files.
