• Assuring the technical, commercial and legal aspects of the project are followed and the project is delivered on time complying with organizational standards and company policies.
• Develop a proactive, resourceful team which emphasis time cost and quality parameters of project and ensure their performance is periodically evaluated and guided.

• Planning and scheduling of the site activities to maintain the monthly cash flows with the effective use of company resources to maintain the organisational financial models.

• Liaise & negotiate with client, contractors and commercial team to ensure proper contract management and administration to achieve the target progress of the project.

• Direct the design development with innovative concepts of Value Engineering which suits the client requirements.

• Overseeing the aspects project procurement which includes prequalification of suppliers and subcontractors, subcontract negotiation and finalization, procurement of right material and equipment which meets the project specification.

• Direct the action and provide guidance to create a positive and productive approach that will motivate and boost the morale of the project team.

• Conduct periodical meetings with team members to identify potential risk associated in the project and take mitigation measures for the same and record/ manage project risk register.

• Review the delay analysis, Variation claim, EOT claim submissions and project cost reports prior submission to client.

• Conduct environment, health and safety audits and value engineering to projects.

• Make sure that all the project related communications and changes are documented and recorded to ensure the financial and contractual conditions of the project.
