Reporting to the Head of sales, responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to increase sales productivity.
• Produce the accurate and timely presentation of Business Performance Reports, top & bottom line analysis on various sales operation & planning and participate in weekly/ monthly meetings with senior management and CEO to review MTD/YTD sales results and issues, 3-month projections, Various Score Cards, product mix, issues, initiatives, and opportunities
• Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis, prioritize business and information needs
• Analyze line of business operations to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Al Ain Sales & Category Management team on the implementation of the TM activities (Ramadan, B2S, Product Launches) and keep take stakeholders aligned on activity calendar to ensure smooth implementation.
• Draft post-activity summary reports evaluating the activity and concluding 'best practices’ as well as learnings and improvement.
• Collect MMR, Pricing info (RSP, Competitor Prices, Selling Price), monitor and report competitor activities, flyer presence as well as Space data.
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling
• Communicate results to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
• Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business

• Support the sales operation function by routine and adhoc information analysis on timely basis with the use of JDE Oracle, ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness.
• Support the sales productivity agenda on key cost saving initiatives eg. Bottling, Head Count Optimization. Support the control agenda for the OTC cycle in conjunction with the Process and Control Owners to drive efficient and effective sustainable internal control.
• Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPI’s for market execution, infrastructure, sales and other parameters. Support development of Sales Annual Operation Plan by analyzing sales KPIs and volume trends. Partner with frontline sales & sales leadership to improve effectiveness of sales information organization.
• Other adhoc reports on sales analysis as and when required
• Analyzing Sales results and performance for Organized H&O Trade.
• Tracking Head Counts and Expansion Plan.
• Product Forecasting & Analysis
• Allocating targets for sales team
• Preparing commissions for sales team
• Analyzing aging for customers and alert concerned sales team
• Primary & Secondary Sales Report
• Developing monthly Scorecards, dashboards, Route Information and Journey Cycles.
• Support in building Route Plan for Sales Managers & Supervisors to ensure proper training and implementation of Sales building blocks for the team.
• Assist with calendar management for the Academic Advising to prospective students, offices including arranging appointments and meetings, ascertaining the purpose of these activities.
• Booking meeting rooms and any equipment required. Orders and maintain office supplies via Account Department
• Tracks expenses by budget code.
• Maintain and retrieve files for office staff daily.
• Submit information and reports to Divisional Administrative Director.
• With procurement unit to finalize the database for consultants and service providers, to update the vendors in regards to their e-mail accounts to facilitate the implementation of the e-pay service,
• Working with procurement and IT to establish a contract implementation monitoring system, management of entire PO, contract (SSA and LTA) system and database.
• AS well as work for portfolio management by updating asset on ATLAS and create the value.
• And finally completed a survey on client satisfaction among UN sister agencies in Nepal and Contract implementation.
* Attended formal classes and evaluation process on Micro and Macro Economic Analysis, Econometrics, Development Economics, Public Policy Management, English Literature, Creative writing and critical Thinking, & Mythology * Selected for 18 months of free scholarship on merit basis after internal assessment by college. * Attended and became a part of stage arts on ancient Greek Dramas * Possessed thorough study of Development Economics and Planning and Policy Analysis in as part of training session in college.
