• Lead joint planning activities with identified customers by developing and maintaining an integrated collaborative demand and supply planning process.
• Work with customer on new product launch & development activities as related to supply chain planning.
• Establish appropriate safety stock levels to be maintained by the company and/or the customer.
• Monitor and manage supply chain costs as related to the portfolio (inventory, freight, procurement & warehousing, etc.)
• Establish communication and information transfer process with vendors.
• Receiving RFQ’s from clients & creating quotations.
• Creating sales orders, Issuing pick lists & preparing the distribution plan for deliveries.
• Creating purchase orders for local & international suppliers.
• Handling MOH projects in terms of procurement, delivery of goods, Installation status of the equipment & HOC collection.
• Review weekly demands to ensure all orders are correct and coordinate with sales, finance and production teams.
• Creating sales orders, Issuing pick lists & preparing the distribution plan for deliveries
• Resolve shipment issues, and possess the ability to determine when to elevate to management for resolution.
• Regular communication with key account customers and ensuring timely, accurate and efficient shipment of all customer orders.
• Ensure that productivity KPI’s/targets are met constantly.
• Supporting Activity Planning Team, Sales Team, Production Team, International Trade Team on promotional campaigns, Launch of a new product campaign & etc.
• Achieving monthly targets with Exports Sales Team. (UHT & Fresh).
