Working as a Level II Coating inspector for Intertek Saudi Arabia Company in Saudi Aramco Projects Inspection Department Abqaiq Maintain Potential Projects Inspection Unit. Job activities include the following:
• Conducting qualification tests for contractor QC coating inspectors, coating crew supervisors and applicators as per SAEP-316.
• Monitoring RFI’s raised by the Contractor to verify the work as per Project specification, Approved IFC, Applicable standards & Schedule Q.
• Making surveillance visits to various work sites to make sure Saudi Aramco Safety and Quality requirements are fulfilled.
• Conducting focused assessment on a process/activity to verify compliance with applicable quality requirements.
• Raising Standard violations or recommending NCRs for any deviation from the standard requirements.
• Issuing pro-active advises based on previous experiences in order to avoid standard violations or NCRs.
• Preparing weekly log of RFI’s inspected & Log book entries and submitting to Unit Supervisor.

QC Coating Inspector at MACE Saudi Arabia Company.

Worked as a Coating inspector and Mechanical inspector in Mace Saudi Arabia Company for its piping and pipeline construction projects under Saudi Aramco. Secured wide knowledge and experience in all international and Saudi Aramco standards related to piping and pipeline construction. Job responsibilities included the following:
• Learn and implement all the quality requirements as per the contract with client and as per Company quality plan.
• Study IFC drawings and mandatory standard requirements under the scope of work.
• Prepare Saudi Aramco inspection Check Lists (SAIC), Saudi Aramco Test Report (SATR) as per Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan (SATIP).
• Attend material receiving inspections and make sure all the materials are procured from approved suppliers and verify that the material received is of suitable grade and dimensions as per related documents such as Material take Off (BOQ), Mill Test Certificate (MTC), Material Outbound, Delivery note, Purchase Order etc.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Saudi Aramco construction safety manual and all applicable Safety standards. Review work permit obtained and follow all mandatory requirements in the work permit.
• Check environmental conditions and make sure they are suitable for Coating / Welding activities as per standard requirements.
• Ensure equipment inspection with respect to applicable checklists for Coating & Welding.
• Verify the coating application personnel and welders are qualified and certified by client’s inspection department. Conduct qualification tests for coating application personnel and welders along with client’s inspection department representative and third party certification agencies as applicable.
• Conduct internal inspections and raise internal NCRs to construction when and where a deviation from standard requirements is found. Report internal NCRs to client.
• Raise RFIs and attend inspections with client’s representatives for all Witness and Hold points in approved inspection plans.
• Submit the job completion report daily, weekly, monthly and record all the relevant information as required by the client.

Mechanical inspector / Site engineer at MillCraft Projects

Worked as a Mechanical inspector and Site engineer, coordinating construction activities in the site. The project was expansion of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemical LTD aromatic unit which included both plant piping and cross country pipelines installation. Job responsibilities included :
