Managing a Team of highly motivated & experienced Sales Managers during the Sales operation.
Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Managers, assist with vendor selection and Price Evaluations.
Arrange expedited shipments to prevent unscheduled manufacturing downtime.
Process all purchase orders for Petrolium Testing, Analytical, Laboratory Chemicals & Glasswares and Stores Departments, averaging total annual procurement expenses of above $ 5 Million.
Assist the Sales Manager on special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement.
Provide end-to-end administrative support for the sales cycle and follow sold projects through to installation.
Work closely with technical department to define buyer equipment requirements
Close sales and assist customers through the payment procedure
Actively supported company sales team - Coordinated sales details, pre-sale material and after-sale deliveries. Handles contacts.
Responsible for timely, accurate quotations and various pro-forma invoices to customers, processing inquires through email, phone and fax.
Responsible Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub contractors .
Coordinate projects between departments.
Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.
Ensure that all product deliveries are made on time
Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.
Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers.
Reporting directly to the Sales Managers, assist with vendor selection and quotes evaluations.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
