Sourced and managed all projects related to Sitecore 9 upgrade of website and App. Contracted top class agencies for Consultation, UI/UX design, Backend and Frontend development and maintenance
•DFC App

Contracted global agency for the Dubai Fitness Challenge App
•Global Representation Services
Contracted various global agencies through competitive bidding process to provide Representation Services including Travel Trade, MICE and PR service for Dubai
•Roster Agencies
Created, enhanced and managed panels/roster/ Framework Agreement for the following rosters: IT and Digital, Content Management, Video Production, Influencer and Celebrity Booking services, Translation, HR Services.
This helped to improve the quality and the procurement timeline.
•Covid 19 renegotiation
Effectively managed the renegotiation of the terms and commercial of long term retainer based contracts to align with the revised budget.

•Utilised full RFP process to execute all sourcing activity in adherence with Dubai Tourism Procurement Policy and Government of Dubai Law No. 6, successfully attracted competition, dramatically reduced annual category spend, increased deliverables and secured value add.

•Oversaw all aspects of IT and Digital requirement and, awarding contracts to global players like Impact BBDO, Ogilvy, Wunderman, Spaiant Razorfish, Altola, Media Monks, Brimit and Epam amongst other top tier agencies.
•Contracted all Big Four Consulting firms for various projects and Professional services.
•Monitored and tracked supplier performance and drove compliance with SLAs and simultaneously instigated robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with strategic vendors.
•Meticulously assessed suppliers, executed pre-qualification, and determined appropriate market categories for supply of services.
•Drove cost savings initiatives and secured substantial cost savings YoY including achievement of savings targets for overall business activities
•Utilised superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and secured progression with slow payments and rigid legal terms.
