ORION (an Oracle based ERP software) is a flagship enterprise solution product of 3I InfoTech Ltd. It works on Three-tier structure with Oracle11g as application server with Oracle11g database Server and D2K (Forms6i, Reports6i).
Main duties:
Responsible for the Administration, Configuration, Customization of ORION (ERP) for the Group of companies which includes Dakheel Al Jassar Electrical Industries Co., Hayakel Steel Industries and Al Manara Trading & Contracting Co.
Create and customize Oracle forms for ERP and POS
Create Oracle Reports6i /Oracle Discoverer Reports as required by the users.
Monitor and run Daily Integration and Backups.
Provide Training for POS Users.
Provide technical Support for ERP and POS Users.
Execute full lifecycle software development.
Develop modification or enhancements to existing programs to meet user needs or system specification changes.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Prepare documentation of new programs and changes made to existing programs, including flow charts and system program/user guides, in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Evaluate operations and activities of assigned programs; recommend improvements and notification of programs; write and modify operating procedures of programs.
Work directly with users to identify their needs; provide training to the users.
Assist all the departments with program usage and operational problems; analyze causes of the problems; design solutions and take corrective action.

Main duties:
Responsible for the Administration, Configuration, Customization of ORION (ERP) for the Group of companies which includes Future Communications Company Global (FCCG), FCC, MCC, FIT, MCCI, FCCI for (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, K.S.A, Dubai, Oman & Iraq), and WFCC companies.
Support ERP Users in all ERP Modules (Finance, Procurement Sales and distribution, Inventory and Fixed Asset).
Integrating sales and inventory data of POSS (point of sale) system to Orion.
Implement/Train users on new functionalities.
Provide technical support for various ERP Functional & Technical requirements.
Work with financial department on their related ERP task (Month End Processing, Stock Count).
Creation of a new company, activating finance module, procurement module, sales module, inventory module.
Document generation and giving approval rights, print rights, amending rights for all the modules.
Creation and mapping of locations (stores, showrooms, Quick service location, workshop location, wholesale location and outdoor locations )
Creation and mapping of new Projects for FCCI company
Complete responsibility for user set up and configuration
Executing new ERP Business Requirements in terms of (Integration, Mapping, Setups and End User Training.)
Web Developer/E-Charge Administrator
Main duties:
Developing & Designing and maintaining web applications.
Developed dynamic Websites using .NET CMS (Axinom CMS) along with the integration of the custom application tools.
Ability to develop new forms and reports as required as per POSS standards
Manage all the E-charge POS terminal which were placed in FCC Showrooms and other general stores and super markets.
Encrypting and uploading the pins stock on the server and making receipts in POSS.
Configuring, Maintaining, Troubleshooting INGENICO, SAGEM Monetel EFTsmart, PAX P80 point of sale Terminals.
Maintaining E-charge Server and its Gateways
Monitoring the activities and analyzing the reports and ordering the stock
Recycling the expired pins and adding claims.
Troubleshooting the errors thrown on downloading pins.
Creating new merchants and configuring their risks and creating product list according the pins order.
