Instigate and develope different facade systems based on
architectural sketches/drawings by considering project
specification, technicality, cost, fabrication & installation of
the facade.
Attend design and progress meetings with clients,
architects, contractors and other consultants.
Assist and advise architects or consultants technically for
developing complex facade design in presales stage before
releasing the tender package which includes doors,
windows, sliders, skylight, canopy, louvers and curtainwall
for unitized and stick system.
Creation of new dies or modification of existing dies to
meet the project design specification or design intent.
Selection of suitable Aluminium profiles by basic structural
analysis.
Producing detailed drawings through 2D and 3D softwares.
Review the drawings done by contractors/fabricators and
provide them with technical advises on design
optimization.
Co-ordination with hardware suppliers for any modification
in existing doors, windows and sliders.
Assisting other team members to develope catalogues for
bespoke project facade.

Preparation for 3D models of the complex project facade
for production purpose and to visualize critical areas.
Producing shop drawings & fabrication drawings which
includes steel, ACP, Unitized and stick cutainwall systems.
Co-ordination with shop floor workers inorder to solve the
production issues.
Solving the design/ fabrication issues while installation at
the site by co-ordinating with projects managers/
Engineers.

Study of architectural/ structural drawings to prepare the
tender/shop drawings keeping in view of architect concept.
Developing of 3D model of panels from the architectural
wireframe which includes glazing, ACP, steel structures,
patch fittings etc.
Preparing production drawings of unitized system panels in
3D softwares and to transfer to CNC format for production.
