1. Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications of QMS requirements.
2. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
3. Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication and inspection documentation operations.
4. Responsible in preparing Quality plan, Method Of Statements and ITP
5. Review prequalification records for materials use as per Client specification requirements.
6. Review & Approval Material control receipt prior to fabrication of spool, materials traceability, colour coding, positive materials identification.
7. Checking of material test report or certification in compliance with Material specification.
8. Coordinating inspections.
9. Pre testing and conforming before IR for handing over.
10. Provide written daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner.
