HSE /LOGISTICS AND PLANNING
Summary of role:
To define and set up kpi, monitor planning quality and progress measurement, administrative, document, control duties with shipping environment, maintain current quality standards, commit to safety procedures and lunch past-event survey to collect feedback.
Implementing program elements and safe operating procedures for the work site
•Gathers/reviews/distributes safety-related statistical information
•Monitors site specific program requirements/compliance
•Plan and employ preventative measures to reduce the risks of exposure to hazards
•Coordinates emergency response drills
•Reviews PTW documentation, on meetings, inspections, near misses, for completeness and provides feedback
•Provide planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the departmental objectives are met.
•Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
•Provide HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits.
•Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
•Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
•Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company's training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
•Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports
•Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Dept head.
•Support HSE personnels in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
•Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
•Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employee

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Renewal and endorsement of old and new permit.
•Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
•Implementing HSE policy, procedures and guidelines onsite.
•Ensure compliance to all Client safety regulatory requirements through regular inspections audit risk assessment.
•Conduct, participate and organized daily Toolbox talk meeting including Total Safety Task Instruction procedure (TSTI).
•Conducting investigation of incident and reporting and providing corrective action.
•Conducting Induction, orientation for all new upcoming employees and sub-contractors concerning Health, Safety, Security and Environment matters.
•Preparing Equipments documents as for client requirements.
• Responsible for staffing and scheduling assignment
• Assist team manager in identifying staffing needs and challenges
• Building relationship with vendors and ensuring product availability
• Responsible for inventory and control, reconciliation, data entry and discrepancies
• Assisting in compliance review, general assignment and other safety issues in the environment
• Managing loading and unloading of stock using forklift and hand truck.
• Formulate training plan to meet training needs
• Generate direction and lead site project in health, safety and quality
• Positively managing expectation, prioritize, execute task in high risk environment
• Managing high risk such as working at height, electrical intervention, confine space, excavation and working under pressure.
• Helping in projecting business level.
• Oversee behavior based/ observation safety program
• Foster and develop an OH & S culture across the organization
