Managing IT Sector within MSC-Jordan and AL-Fadi group (which consists of MedLog-Jordan, Aqaba Shipping Company and SantaFe for Tourism). Leading IT Team, Operations and Infrastructure in Jordan, managing three physical locations that geographically spread over Amman, Aqaba and Sahab.

- Plan, develop and implement IT sector strategic projects and objectives. - IT Sector budget planning and BVA analyses, and approving all IT expenses of the group. - Lead and oversee the sector daily operations (team direction and infrastructure administration). - Develop, implement and test Business Continuity and Information Security plans in cooperation with HQ Global IT Management team. - Direct intervention with higher level technical problems and issues. - Lead IT procurement and vendor relationship management process. - Develop IT Sector Operational Manuals, Procedures and SOPs. - Set Annual and Semi Annual improvement and evaluation plans for the team. - Take lead on Cyber Security framework management (IPS, IDS, MFA, DLP, Microsoft Defender ATP Endpoint Security Center and Data Encryption). - Technical management and administration of a hybrid high availability environment that consists of three physically connected locations along with MS Azure Cloud, containing two Hypervisors, Application servers, DNS and DHCP roles, Online Mail Exchange Server, Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager, Office 365, Citrix Application Manager, SAP, CRM, OneVision, NAS Storages, Fortigate and SonicWALL Firewalls, Aruba Wireless Controller System, Live replication implementation, and the management of Helpdesk System (Service Now) that serves over 50 users, in addition to an extensive experience in administration and configuration of MS Teams and MS OneDrive.
IT Manager at CRIF-Jordan, heading overall management of IT Sector operations and infrastructure at the company, the first Credit Bureau in the country, and a member of CRIF S.p.A, one of the leading providers of banking credit information in Europe and worldwide.

- Direct technical direction and supervision of a high availability environment that consists of three datacentres with more than 70 servers implemented using latest technology, containing a multiple cluster of Hypervisors, Web servers, Application servers, Domain Controllers, FTP servers, WSUS servers, Database servers, Exchange servers, System Center Operations Manager servers, Backup servers, CA servers, Authorization servers, SAN Storage, Tape Libraries, Managed Switches and Firewalls, Live replication implementation, a Global Zone Files Hosted at Webhosting third parties, including MX, NS, FTP and A Records, and a web service that is used by more than 3000 users.
Senior System Engineer at Manaseer Technology, administering a high availability Datacentre including Back End and Front-End Servers, UTMs and Communication Servers.

- Supervise Technical Support and Network Sector Employees.
- Manage networks, including Main Servers, Client Computers, Networking, and Active Directory.

- Administer Active Directory user accounts.
- Configure Replication between Active Directory Sites.
- Perform a periodic backup for the backend systems and servers.
