Job Description
• Performed hardware and software installations and provide high-level customer care and technical support.
• Implement and support a variety of client technologies, including Windows Operating Systems, Exchange E-Mail, Microsoft Office, and other PC applications.
• Setting up New User’s Accounts and Profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Talking Staff/Clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Troubleshooting network problems and diagnosing and solving Hardware/Software faults.
• Provide basic one-on-one tutorial to company employees as needed.
• Assist with inventory management of computer assets.
• Provides technical and administrative support to the department.
• Performed other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
