•Leading Recruitment Cycle: Handling the full recruitment cycle from preparing (outlining job descriptions in coordination with HODs and Line Managers), sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and post-offer follow-up until onboarding of all range (middle and senior level) of resources.

•Leading Offer Negotiations: Responsible for preparing, articulating, and negotiating job offers with candidates and communicating all aspects of the offer including salary structures, bonuses, relocations, and other benefits to the satisfaction of the candidate.
•Drafting and preparing Employment Contracts: Preparing contracts by duly complying with the organisation's policies and adhering to the local labour laws.
•Managing Onboarding Process: Facilitating relocation by providing visas, travel tickets and accommodation. Conducting orientation programs for new employees to apprise them of the company's policies, procedures, labour laws and concomitant entitlements.
