- Achieve sales Revenue for the company's industrial products.
- Build the distribution network and assure its optimized performance.
- Manage the process of distributing different products in different business lines.
- Manage the inventory levels in all product mixes and assure the stock level consistency in compliance with the sales forecast.
- Manage and control the channel ll stock level to assure continuous product availability.
- Direct the sales staff to achieve the preset KPIs.
- Building a long-term business relationship with different accounts in the B2B and B2C markets.
- Assure all accounts inquiries and problems are fulfilled with other concerned departments.
- Ensure accounts conformity with ElTeriak sales and distribution policies and strategies.
- Perform eld visits to evaluate the sales performance and gather market feedback.
- Meet and exceeded weekly and monthly performance metrics by Action.
- Developed a deep understanding of customer needs, priorities and pain points to deliver customized service.

 Achieve sales Gross ads, Revenue, other product mix targets and net ads (Quantitative and Qualitative).
 Design jointly with distributors the proper distribution network and assure its optimized performance.
 Manage the process of distributing and selling the product mix quota to the distributor designed network.
 Manage precisely the distributor’s inventory strategic levels in all product mix across all distributor warehouses.
 Update information at all times for all distributor’s staff to facilitate smooth & efficient operations.
 Direct distributors staff to achieve their KPIs.
 Direct the distributor to maximize profits by proposing ideas and solutions to control cost efficiently.
 Handle distributor’s requests and solving problems with other concerned departments.
 Ensure distributors ’conformity with Mobinil distribution policies and strategies.
 Assure that distributor Structure and strategy are aligned with Mobinil objectives and strategy.
 Perform Market visits to Key Account customers (jointly with distributors or individually) to evaluate distributor performance, taking the corrective actions and gather market feedbacks.
 Define Market opportunities
 Study & analyze distributors’ Business cases for proposed projects and activities.
 Manage projects across group of distributors.
 Plan, Implement standardized contests for distributors and their sales staff.
