• Assist branch manager in efficient rerunning of the branch.
• Conduct Remittances Transactions, sales of FCN, ongoing marketing operations of WPS /Western Union Business Solution (WUBS) corporate transaction.
• Conduct Remittances through XpreesMoney, Instant Cash, Money Gram, TransFast, IME & Gulf Remit.
• Request & recommend customers to open NRI/NRO Account opening.
• Constantly monitor procedures and develop improved methods.
• Handle 2nd level of customer complaints /escalations if any.
• Ensure compliance to the company AML policy by conducting regular compliance checks.
• Mentor and groom new team members and ensure smooth transitioning of the product knowledge and make recommendation for training and Improvement procedure.
• Recognize staff that need further training and recommend the same to HR for training or products customer service as applicable.
• Monitor day to day transaction of the branch and report unusual, structured, suspicious, blacklisted ones to the Branch manager.
• Review and check work of CSO’s and cashiers such as reports, records, and applications for accuracy.
• Attend counter customer, Remittance Sending and receiving from any part of the world, issue Demand Draft, Telex Transfer, Wire Transfer and Inter- UAE money transfer as per their request.
• Business developments as instructed by the Branch manager.
• Content, correct errors if any and provide relevant and timely feedback.
• Ensure branch staff adheres to the expected customer service levels.
• Liaise with marketing team to create different campaigns and promotions for the Branch.
• Manage the productivity standards at the branch.
