o Ensure IFRS, SCB Group Accounting Guideline and Bangladesh Accounting Standards are being followed in financial reporting.
o Update and circulate Financial Performance related performance management of WB.
o Deliver effective performance management and reporting system.
o Ensure timely delivery/completion of Month end and forecasting and budgeting activities.
o Work closely with WB Group Finance and ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
o Ensure proper allocation of Revenue and Cost to different segments & products within WB
o Monitor and maintain cost centers of WB and ensure monthly cost review of center owners for respective cost centers.
o Ensure revenue provision and cost accruals are done according to group guidelines.
o Monitor & guide WB Business partners on RWA budget, actual & forecast and RORWA efficiency.
o Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reporting for WB

o Review Mortgage & Auto Portfolio on a monthly basis and take corrective actions accordingly.
o Align country credit policy with group policy and ensure dispensation approvals for policy gaps.
o Prepare & process for timely approval of Product Approval Document (PAD) for Mortgage, Auto & Cash line products.
o Guide business channels for Campaign Related Documents (CRD) approvals.
o Provide transaction level credit policy clarification to underwriting team.
o Monitor Bangladesh economic & business environment and take corrective measures in Mortgage & Auto portfolio to issue interim policy bulletins accordingly.
o Work closely with Mortgage & Auto collections unit to review delinquent accounts.

o Approved Mortgage & Auto Loan applications as per Delegated Lending Authority.
o Designed & implemented automated credit assessment checklist in MS Excel.
o Worked closely with Credit Policy Manager to identify problem segment at the underwriting Level.
o Prepared capacity plan & cost budget for Mortgage & Auto Underwriting team as per updated Sales budget.
o Underwrite Mortgage loan applications as per product parameters.
