Project 26: Asian Paints (BW/4HANA Conversion):
Asian Paints is the holding company of Berger International. Asian Paints Limited is an Indian multinational paint
company headquartered in Mumbai. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of
paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services. Asian Paints is India's
largest and Asia's fourth largest paints corporation.
Leading the Programme BW/4HANA Remote Conversion with 5 TB+ Data.
Organized workshops with business and IT stakeholders of customer and finalized the conversion scope.
Managed to get the SAP early adopter care program recognition to the customer and supporting with the benefits
Prepared Project Plan with phase wise activities between SDC and DM< for Remote Conversion.
Identified the resources required, efforts for onsite, remote and Cost to the customer.
Prepared SOW consists Assumptions & Scope, Out of Scope, Prerequisites (Technical, General).

Project 25-Ras Gas, Qatar Gas Integration:
QatarGas is the world's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) company. It annually produces and supplies the globe with 42
million metric tons of LNG from across its four ventures (QatarGas 1, QatarGas 2, QatarGas 3, and QatarGas 4). It is
headquartered in Doha, Qatar, and maintains its upstream assets in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Natural gas is supplied to Qatar
gas’s LNG trains from Qatar's massive North Field, by far the world's largest non-associated gas field. Together with
RasGas, it reached a record LNG production.
Leading the Programme; Consolidation and Conversion of QatarGas and RasGas Business Intelligence systems

Led the project team imported the Meta data from different source systems to SAP HANA, Provisioned the data,
created Information Models, consumed them in BI and created reports in Webi, Design Studio, Crystal Reports
Listed out all the reports from ECC, BW, APO, and SRM…, assigned to the ERP consultants (module wise) and
helping, advising, instructing, and Leading the HANA Development Teams.
In HANA Studio, Created Module Wise Packages and organized, so the respective developers will use them and
create required HANA Views which will avoid duplicate work and re-usability across the teams.
Imported BW data models into HANA (HANA Optimized Cubes, DSOs, and IOs) into Native HANA and integrated with
Calculated Views which directly created in HANA Studio and consumed all data together.
Direct Extractor Connection (DXC) setup and loaded data from SAP Business suite to HANA. Configured the XS
Server for DXC, created and maintained the HTTP connection between HANA & ECC, created specific User and
Schema for DXC, maintained the Keys for Extractors and appropriate system wise settings in SAP Business suite.
In SAP Business Suite, enabled embedded BW and setup the data sources to load data into external HANA, generated
the Data Source related tables in HANA Studio and loaded the data from embedded BW to HANA directly.
Led the team in consuming HANA Models in BW, Created Analytical indexes/Transient Providers for HANA
Calculation Views and created BEX query on top of Transient Provider with OLAP Functionalities.
Merged BW & HANA Models, created Composite Provider on top of HANA VDMs and BW info cube; created BEX
Queries on it, in results which will bring the data from both BW & HANA.
Connected HANA as Source System, created RSDS Data sources on HANA source system and loaded data from
HANA View of DB Schema _SYS_BIC, and loaded to further staging layers in BW.
Generated Time Data, Derived the time attributes by joining the SAP date into Time Data VDM in HANA studio.
Project 20: HANA Live Project (SAP HANA Rapid Deployment Solution)
Had several conferences, discussions with SAP Management and Technical Teams, finalized the SOW for HANA Live
Worked closely with SAP AG Technical Team and implemented 1027 calculation views (ECC) in HANA.
Implemented BI package for the SAP HANA RDS reports - Web Intelligence, Crystal reports, Analysis Office.
Validated the front-end reports through respective BI Tools with historical and live data; sorted out the encountered
issues successfully. Led the KT Sessions with SAP to SABIC BI team successfully.
Transported the HANA development work to QA environment, testing, fixing and moved to Production environment.
Transport in BI landscape by managing the connections in each environment exclusively.
Implemented HANA Live browser, listed out the required source tables and replicated data from ECC to HANA DB.
Tested all Calculation views associated with agreed SOW, and arbitrary validation for other views, found the bugs
and sorted out successfully.
Project 19: HANA Implementation Project
Identified and organized the required HANA courses for BI team,
Finalized the SOW with SAP AG for HANA as standalone system/Side Car approach.
Connected different vendor’s HANA Boxes to SLT, ECC systems and validated the performance.
Confirmed the scenarios for Table Creation, Loading, Replication, and validated the LIVE data successfully.
Connected the HANA Studio with BI tools and certified the data in reports and dashboards magnificently.
Eventually demonstrated live scenarios (Real Time Reporting with SAP HANA) to the SABIC Top Management.
Had several workshops with Hardware vendors Huawei, CISCO, and HP on sizing, Disaster Recovery, High
Availability, Server failure, power outage
