 Monitoring RFI’s raised by the Contractor to verify the work as per Project specification, Approved IFC, Applicable Standards & Schedule Q.
 Monitoring Regular surveillance of the team assigned for construction progress as per requirements of project specifications & applicable standards
 To Monitors/Surveillance on HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Metallic and Non-Metallic Piping (Such a Thermoplastic Pipe (HDPE, PVC, CPVC, PP) Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR- GRE, GRV and GRP) Installation activities and verifies compliance to approved Typical Inspection Plan, Inspection Checklist and Project specification, procedure with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard (SAES), Manufacture Recommendation and international codes standards
 To ensure all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawings and standards
 Preparing / Reviewing/ relevant documents to conduct inspection for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Metallic and Non-Metallic Piping material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with project specification, code, standards etc.,
 To Monitors/Surveillance for proper handling, storage and preservation at Laydown Yard and construction sites
 To ensure all HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting and Metallic and Non-Metallic Piping site activities offered for their inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP), Inspection checklist & Test Plan (ITP)
 All HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting and Piping site activities inspection shall be carried out vide an official Request for Inspection (RFI) submitted by contractors/sub-contractors quality control inspector (QCI) through the proper channels.
 Closely monitor the site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, an approved material is used in compliance with standards and IFC drawings etc.,
 To conduct the Site Walkthrough/ Surveillance on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Metallic and Non-Metallic Piping site activities and verifies compliance to approved Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan SATIP, SAIC and Saudi Aramco engineering standard, Project specification and International codes and standard.
 Escalation of non-compliance by the Contractor / SAPMT observed on site by issuing Pro-active Notification, Standard Violation, NCR’s, Worksheets depending on the criteria of violation as per SAEP 381.
 Advise Planning Engineer and Construction Manager of any slippage of Progress regarding site activities.
 Review the relevant As-Built drawings as submitted by contractor and Sub-contractor and make sure that site conditions are properly addresses.
 Preparing/ Reviewing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as Duct light test, Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic pressure test and Gravity Test as applicable for Above ground and Underground piping, HVAC, Plumbing,
