Giving over the phone, email and remote support to customers.
Implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Investigating problems and then making technical recommendation
Resolving network operation issue To handle the LAN and WAN router and switches,
Configure Manage and Update IT infrastructure.
I am a student of software Engineering from mirpur university of science and technology having good position in networking skill
