Currently Working as Project Manager - Warehousing for Oil & Gas projects.

► Management of Central Warehouse and multiple storing facilities and open yards for required stock for offshore oil & gas exploring process.

► Responsible for Material receiving, preservation, issuance, stock checking, storing, stores handling & rigging, loading unloading activities and returns management. All Transaction and activities are controlled by standard SOP’s through ERP SAP.

► Controlling 3PL services and adhering all terms and conditions as described in contract in perfect way for customer satisfaction in terms of scope of services to be performed consisting administrative, personnel, equipment, requirements during mobilization/ de-mobilization, invoicing, KPI and penalties controls.

► Responsible for handling, storage and preserving methods for Hazardous and Non Hazardous material. Planning, estimating and allocation of resources and fulfilling operational requirements. Strictly following the SOP’s for best suited practices for warehouse/ stores management and adhering to supplier’s instructions for proper material handling.

► managing large group of storekeepers, warehouse supervisors, tally clerks, laborers, vehicles, drivers and equipment operators for a smooth operations and best suited services. Reports for daily stores activities, Material Receiving Schedules, Supplier Assistance, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Stock and related activity Reports for a better operation and inventory analysis.

► Close coordination with all concerned departments i.e. industrial security & safety department, HSE engineers, material requirement and planning department and end users for continuous improvements process and eliminating communication gaps.

► Conducting regular and perpetual stock checks/ counting, internal & external audit, inventory control its accuracy and traceability, necessary stock level observation and optimal inventory methods. Identification and control of non-confirming material.

► Management of proper record keeping of all system and manually done work transactions, archives/ soft record and any other tasks performed related data, necessary approvals. System generated documents reports filing etc, etc.

► Responsible for staff training, MHE and heavy equipment control, housekeeping activities, replenishment, operational KPI’s monitoring, team member developing and their behavior monitoring. Also perform any job related task given by higher management.

Warehouse & Stores Operations Manager في Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company

Major Responsibilities:
► Controlling Central Warehouse & 15 site stores involved in KNPC, KOC, Road & Bridge Construction, KOC, KNPC Flow lines, Flare, Clean Fuel Projects, Water Treatment and Pumping station projects. Responsible for stores mobilization, logistical & support services provision till project completion. These are MPW, KOC, KNPC & PAI projects. Company follows the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. WMS: SAP.

► Responsible for material, consumables, power tools, hazardous items are properly received, inspected, stored at central warehouse and issued to customers or at sites while minimum stock level observation.

► Responsible for Inventory accuracy, integrity of data in system and matching quantity at floor, proper receipt and issuance of stock/ material through system and related transactions in WMS (SAP). Conduct regular audits to tally system and physical quantities.

► Close working coordination with Planning/Cost and Project Managers, other concerned departments for customers or project stores functions. Proper booking of materials against assigned WBS/ CBS (Work/ Cost break-down Structure) for proper cost control and related reports purpose.

► Follow-Up from Purchase Requisition, Purchase order, Goods Receive Note, Vendor Invoices, delivery notes and our local D.O’s/ Goods Issue, Transfer Postings, Cancellation etc, for customers and other system (SAP) generated documents.

► Continuous Site Stores visits and operations supervision to ensure operations are as per company ISO, Q.A/Q.C, HSE procedures, Ministry/ Governmental regulations/ requirements are fully adhered. Quarterly audits with finance team coordination and following the HSE policies. Company follows the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.

► ABC analysis for better and safer inventory control, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for keeping best suited quantity, ordering and warehouse budget control. Responsible for cost control, cost effectiveness and productivity increase.

► Initiate procurement process, quotations, cost analysis, vendor/ supplier selection, in-house finance approval, PO generation, related system transactions as and when required by higher management.

► Shipments tracking through Procurement Section and following the lead time to receive shipments in proper time to arrange just in time deliveries at required sites for smooth distribution goals and expiry or priority vise shipment arrangements.

► 3PL Services responsibilities. Taking care of 3rd Party Warehouse storage and helpers charges and payments are properly generated.

► Reviewing of invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and get info on behalf of reporting system to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments and contingency plans formation. Keep stock control systems up to date and planning for future capacity requirements.

► Heavy Equipment (Cranes (Terex, Unicrane, Stern etc), Forklifts (2 to 10 Ton), Backhoe loaders, Tele Handlers, Scorpio/ Cradles. Excavators, Pumps, welding Machines, Rammers, Rollers and all other construction related heavy equipment and its spare parts knowledge. Power Tools, Scafolding etc.

► Control for keeping Central Warehouse, Stores, Open Yard Storage area clean and safe, its security and safety of material/ stock with in proper locations, Tags and with regular check for a customer service point of view. Keep MHE’s and office equipment in proper condition.

► Review and report to higher management for inventory status, Warehouse & Stores Inventory level and its financial status. Scrap/ expired stock report and its write off procedures (approvals) as per company policy.

► Responsible for staff training evaluate and to develop team members. Scheduling of manpower for smooth operation. Warehouse/ Stores staff behavior monitoring, Yearly Performance Appraisals, KPI’s maintaining, conflict resolutions and coaching for improved performance and excellent customer service and satisfaction

► Responsible for merchandise, material, consumables are properly received, inspected, stored at central warehouse and issued to customers, sites, sales team while minimum stock level observation.

Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of truck, flatbed, container required to transport with a proper load management. Domestic fleet management and coordination with other logistics service providing companies, Ocean/ Air freight carriers for timely and safe delivery of shipments.

► Reviewing of work flow data and on behalf of reporting system to estimate peak delivery times and to issue work assignments and contingency plans formation. Replanishment and future capacity initiatives.

► Taking care of 3rd Party Warhouse storage requiremnts, its charges and payments updates in Fraxion system. Disposing/ scrapping dead stock after taking necessary approval
► Responsible for keeping minimum stock level and arrangements for proper transportation for small or bulk stock shipments for domestic or international customers. Respond to customer’s question, complaints regarding storage and distribution service.
► Responsible for staff training evaluate and to develop team members. Scheduling of manpower for smooth operation. Warehouse staff behavior monitoring, KPI’s maintaining, conflict resolutions and coaching for improved performance and excellent customer service and satisfaction.

I worked with USA Defense Ministry organization AAFES (Army and Air Force Exchange Services) Logistic, at KWDC (Kuwait Distribution Center), Kuwait Head Office, PWC (Agility) Mina Abdullah from. My Responsibilities & Experience fields are as below.

 Handle Transportation for CONUS/ OCONUS through TCMD, PAT & CMST. (All are transportation controlling soft-wares.

 Responsible for tracking and receiving containers by ocean carriers coming through United States and German distribution centers for Kuwait, Iraq and Asian regions discharging at Shuwaikh Port and up-dating of WMS.

 Responsible for receiving of Air Freight (DHL, UPS, FedEx) for Kuwait and Iraq sites

 Responsible for intra Kuwait, Intra Iraq and Kuwait to Iraq moves through military and commercial carriers according to supply chain and logistical needs while processing necessary documents (Bill of Lading, TMR, Cargo Booking Requests etc, etc) and handling the procedures.

 Make arrangements through IBUS for exporting containers for pooled merchandise from Kuwait Distribution Centre to United States, Germany and other sites of AAFES in the world while preparing documents such as Customs Letter, Commercial Invoices, Bill of Lading, TCMD, while observing inventory or discrepancy report.

 Burning of RF Tags (Radio Frequency Identification Tag) to track shipments.

 Responsible for hiring transportation companies their quotations and market rates comparison for AAFES moves

 Responsible for preparing and providing documents to military officials for approval regarding transportation movements and getting declination against commercial moves.

 Attend and assist Transportation Manager for Ocean Carriers, DLA, PWC and AAFES meeting at SDDC RAITH office at Shuwaikh Port.

 Responsible for consolidation of complete container report while gathering data from all the facilities, containing every facility record of loaded, empty containers with the category (Dry or Reefer) This is a major project and report is presented to higher level of Military and Civilian officials in USA (Dallas Head Office), in Kuwait to Military Container Management Group and all regional headquarters. Report is compiled every week for a situation snapshot.

 Working through US based WMS system for logistics operations

 Thorough knowledge of Exceed 4 System currently active on PWC/ Agility environment.

 Experience in Exceed web portal for Inventory management.

 Understand the Locations and pallet I.D for receiving merchandise in stock and to keep in proper manner to avoid any damage as per merchandise category/ priority.

 Processing the orders and charging while taking out the quantity through system as per customer request.

 Process the emergency order and arrange the necessary documents for customer reference

 Track the shipment charges and find out the variances of stock which physical exist between AAFES and PWC.

 Preparing paper work of expense merchandise and manage the short expiry and off master merchandise which we are using in operation

 Tracking every shipment by using the RF ID Tags technology.

 Manage the inventory and categorize it by department and match the balance between PWC and AAFES inventory.
