Work Exprinces as call center Supervisor .
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Listening to customer requirements, complaint and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Work Experiences as Sales Executive:
Conduct referral daily visits with new & existing clients to ensure propagation of Company products.
As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; As sales representatives always try to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information
Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
Collaborating with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the region.
Update client information in the company contact database
