Special Achievement : Procure materials economically at a cost consistent with the quality and service required.
However, generally all purchases may be attempted at the lowest cost and gave money
savings to SECMC, and design the Procurement activity system in excels for easy tracking of
every PR/PO status. Streamline the Vendors Database and get Pre-Qualified the all existing
Vendors and manage the now sources from the market.
Brief Job Description : * Sourcing & Processing of Local Procurement / Contract & Agreements of SECMC Coal
Mining Sites Islamkot, Thar Block-II & H/O Khi.
* Purchasing / Contract & Agreements throw Tender & Bidding (According to LPR/JR
Estimated Value, Type of Vendor or on behalf E-user)
* Compression of received Quotes / Proposals to finalize the vendor for PO / Contract /
Agreement awarding.
* Negotiate with vendors regarding price & related matters / Commercial Terms.
* Control Purchasing Flow as per Coal Mining Field Operations / as per E-Users
Demands and also overseeing different Projects Sampling, Testing, Surveys and other
requirements.
* Directly involved in negotiations with a variety of suppliers supporting cost effective
targets and win best competitive rates.
* Manage Vendors Development for Local Procurement & Contract / Agreement.
* Monthly KPi progress report on department performance.
* Monthly Vendors Enlistment / Delisting report and publishing to Commercial / Finance &
Audit Team.
Local Procurement of Plant's Material Warehouse Inventory (EPQL) & Coal Mining Site
(SECMC) IT, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Products, Industrial Supplies, Machineries,
HES Material, Equipment, Tools, Chemicals & General Items.
Reporting to : Head of Procurement & Admin
Responsibility : Sourcing & Processing of Local Procurement, Material Shortage & Rejections for EPQL
Purchasing the Marketing, Trade Marketing / Merchandizing / Sales Operations / Media
Buying / HR / IT, HSE & Administrative materials, POSM, Giveaways & Printing.
Reporting to : Asst. Manager Specialized Procurement

Supply Chain Management (Planning, Procurement, & Warehousing).
Runs Material Required Planning & Material Resource Planning (MRP-I&II) to cover the current year/order requirement against the forecast provided by marketing department.
