Currently assigned as Hiring In charge of Wa’ad Al-Shammal Phosphate Company Project (Mosaic-Ma’aden JV) at Al-Khobar Project Office.

Achievements at Wa’ad Al-Shamal Project :

• Designed and implemented Manpower Plan for Project Management Team to reflect the project requirement and to attract the required project talent
• Developed Recruitment Manual and sought alignment from the management to bring effectiveness by defining clearly the roles and responsibilities of concerned involved in the recruitment process
• Developed organization charts & maintaining the same with amendments and changes based on changing business requirements
• Developed and implemented Internal Referral System to reduce hiring cost and to improve staff retention


ACCOUNTABILITIES ON VARIOUS POSITIONS:
• Developing sourcing strategies that meet the requirements of Ma’aden business units & identify new methods to use.
• Adheres to direct hiring targets and KPI's to help reduce hiring costs and utilization of vendors
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's resourcing needs, external demographics, and industry candidate markets across the world to advice and guide internal customers and adapt, flex sourcing methods to assist in targeting the best talent
• Identify and network with key talent pools to actively headhunt passive candidates with cost-effective sourcing strategies and generates pipeline for current and future roles, ensuring suitable tracking methods used to oversee future potential hires
• Solely handling the sourcing assignments of all Ma’aden corporate divisions & Ma’aden Affiliates critical position with special emphasis
• Liaising between HQ and Affiliates Recruitment Managers & hiring managers on staffing needs
• Executed strategic sourcing techniques to Develop 'passive' candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, name generation, and internet mining expert skill using internet resources required including but not limited to: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, and industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards
• Conduct recruitment and hiring practices that comply with government laws & regulations and organizational policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
• Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
• Operate independently and successfully progress and manages own sourcing workloads to accommodate the priorities
• Identify complex job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, qualifications, leadership principles, and cultural fit
• Conducted overseas and local recruitment campaigns to fulfill hiring needs
• Maintaining Ma’aden Recruitment Portal, posting Jobs, screening & shortlisting the CVs and keeping up to date portal
• Responsible for management & Handling the entire recruiting process, including, but not limited to, creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting references, creating offer packages, Offer Negotiations & On boarding of all levels in all kinds of recruitment (Direct Hire-Contract Hire-Overseas Hire)
• Managing and measuring performance of HR recruiters and provides feedback to them for improvements
• Train new HR Recruiters to prepare Saudis in line with Co’s Saudization plan
