Overall responsible for meeting contract requirements in terms of scope,
Performance, quality & safety related to mechanical services.
In charge of following up the mechanical related changes, additional works as well as claims in accordance with the established procedure of contract.
Guidance to auto cad draught men to get preparation of shop drawings for
Mechanical services, section, schematic, co-ordination & reflected false ceiling Drawing & As built.
Preparation of material submittals and method statement and submit consultant for approval.
Supervision/Quality inspection of all ducting (A/c & ventilation), chilled water piping, FCU’s, FAHU’s, Chiller’s, heat exchangers & Pump’s installation.
Liaise with the contractor/consultants for inspection / RFI / MIR / Proposals / CVI / variations.
Coordinating and controlling the activities of crews and sub-contractor / providing technical input / strict to the quality assurance.
Attending minutes / co-ordination meeting to meet targets & goals & liaise with planning scheduler for look ahead target programs.
Proper guidance to operative to achieve defect free installation to meet
required specification & to get maximum productivity.
Maintaining vigilance on site in order to avoid misuse and damage of site
Materials by workers / safe & tidy site.
Ensure that responses are complete in compliance with the contract documents, where problem found work with Project Manager.
To ensure safety standards & procedures are implemented & followed in accordance with the requirements.
Coordinating with suppliers for Quotations, Submittal and Delivery follow-up.
Evaluation of Vendor’s/sub contractor’s quotations-bid clarification, techno - commercial clarification/negotiations, short listing, Co-ordination & follow up with sub-contractors/Vendors for necessary documentation.
Professional Knowledge in carrying out all Installation of Air conditioning, Sanitary, Plumbing & Fire Protection System.
Dealing with suppliers for Quotations and Material submittal.
Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Ensuring that the project should be completed within the specified time in accordance with the specification provided.
To maintain proper communication with consultant for updates on further approval of materials and any change in the previous approvals.
Ensuring that projects & construction works are implemented within the approved budget & program objectives and consistent with conditions of Contract specification.
To monitor control expenses related to project work & ensure organizational Forecast & budgets to meet with these expenses.
Ensuring that the equipment / material received at site is in accordance with Quality as per the specification prescribed.
Ensure full awareness of cases where MEP works deviates from the specs, Approved drawings & raise corrective action.
Quality controlling of materials delivered to site as per the approved
Submittal and supplier.

Effective monitoring of safety regulations and practice for the project.

Supervision, fabrication & execution of duct & installation of Fcus, Ahus, Chillers & pumps.
Selection of proper supports, hangers, insulation, grilles, diffusers & its accessories.
Quantity take-off of material & equipment for BOQ.
Liaises with all parties concerned including project managers, consultants,
Contractor suppliers at the execution stage of projects from detailed Engineering, materials, Procurement, commissioning & hand over/acceptance.
Attends and organize all site meetings with the engineers/consultant for MEP
works. Supervises the performance of the project control & administration
activities including planning, scheduling and invoicing for MEP.

Leading, directing & monitoring the performance of all site foremen & support
staff in the team
Give the proposal for allocation of sub-contractor to the project manager.
Assist the project manager in preparing the monthly reports/bills.
Check and approve invoices of M.E.P sub-contractors and suppliers
Keep contact to all relevant technical authorities.
Execute the handing over procedures of the M.E.P scope on site with Consultant and Client.
Maintaining vigilance on site to avoid misuse and damage of site materials by workers / safe & tidy site.
Coordination with Client, Consultant, Contractors & Architecture.
Preparation of All Mechanical method of statements and Inspection test plans.
Follow up for all the Material and Execution works Inspections.
Submission for all Work Inspections and Material Inspection.
Coordination with Consultant for inspections.
