 To ensure that the company QSMS is carried out on board in accordance to the ISM and ISPS code
 Ensure all vessel trading certificates is up to date and compliance to Flag state and Port State Control
 Provide competency assessment of all deck officers as per QSMS procedures

 Attend and coordinate with clients on the daily progress report of vessels in field operation
 To provide operational support to Deck Officers and monitor Deck officers competency in Navigational requirements and ADNCO instructions
 Ensure that every onboard are working in accordance to Company safety procedures and job description
 Coordinate on the timely arrival of all vessels at project location with regards to Cargo and vessel provision and spares operation
 Follow up with crew personnel in cooperation with the crew department to ensure that they are meeting with the Safety and Environmental Standards required by any specific party (MLC, Flag State, Class Society, Owners, Clients, etc.)
 To provide technical solutions to present engineering challenges on the vessels assigned to him, keeping in mind on its conformity
 Onshore monitoring and tracking of Project vessels in ship survey status, compliance to Flag State and Port State Control
 Work in collaboration with Port Engineer, Port Safety Officer and Shore Based Technical Manager to maintain sufficient and up to date critical spares (including LSA/FFA) stock at warehouse in relation to the logistical lead time for procurement and delivery as well as ensure that critical spares do not impede on vessel performance
 Ensure that any deficiencies that arise to be immediately rectifies and reported to clients

coordinate management, planning, and business development of the activities of The Marine Operations Division, implementation of Company's Health, Safety, Environment Management Systems within the Marine Operations Division Safe and Efficient operation of Company's fleet addition to fleet compliance to Clients' Standards and the relevant international and local rules and regulations

previously as a marine affairs consultant and port state control principal officer with the national transport authority union of Comoros coordinating ships registration, issue ship certificates, conducting a flag state inspection and port state duties on the foreign ships

 Ensuring acquisition contractor ship’s safety, reporting and management meet National and COMPANY s requirements.
 COMPANY s authority in the field for marine vessel considerations;
 Create, maintain and deliver a full marine operations report for the project’s activities over the period of the project.
 Ensuring the acquisition contractor is working to the required operational standards and specifications in all respects required in the MV&CS (Marine Vessel & Crew Standard)
 Issuing marine vessel information for inclusion to daily production reports in a format and at a time as agreed with the COMPANY;
 Operations control for ship’s safety as required to fulfill COMPANY obligations and compliance to standing COMPANY marine standards required marine audits including drills, operations effectiveness, compliance with National and Company Code of Practice;
 Reporting to Team Leader Supporting all other Consultants for marine vessel operations advice and requirements;

A dedicated marine professional who is able to handle vessels skillfully, have recruited Masters and Mates, familiarized them with the vessel operation, conducting ISM, ISPS, Safety and Navigational audits, carrying out Charterers reporting requirements. Liaise with Technical Superintendents and assist in the maintenance of the vessels. Currently a Fleet support operations manager with HSS shipping services - Dubai, coordinating fleet surveys, storing, maintenance & repairs, and follow up on crew changes and commissary deliveries. Supervises follow-up, issuance and distribution of the fleet daily operational report. Monitors daily operational status of the fleet and coordinate efforts to ensure continuity of the quality service rendered to Company’s clients. Participates in the technical evaluation of marine vessels offered for acquirement or charter by the Company. Participates in planning and implement shipboard inspections and audits to ensure fleet compliance to Company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems. Participates in the Marine Operations division selection of competent manpower recruited to ensure the high standard of fleet personnel

During operation of above vessels have attended most oil fields in Abu Dhabi
(SATAH, ZAKUM, UMM SHAIF, UMM AL DALKH, HAIR DALMA ABU EL BUKHOOSH)

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a merchant vessel, including crew management, navigation, cargo operations and making sure that the vessel complies with all international and local laws, as well as any state or company policies
Commanded and managed all of the personnel on the ship, and responsible for all of the inventories, payrolls, and accounting on the ship.
Complied with customs and immigration regulations, keeping up with the documentation and certificates on the ship as well as complying with the security plan for the vessel, according to the International Maritime Organization.
Responded to and reports in on accidents, incidents, injuries and illness among the passengers and crew aboard the ship
Responsible for training and performance the crew
Full awareness of ISM and ISPS requirements
