• Verify and solve Problems in Electrical panels.
• Installation, Commissioning of Security systems and Lighting control systems.
• Supervise the team and hand over the project on time.
• Thorough knowledge in electrical troubleshooting and tracing interlock problems.
• Estimation, Designing, Installation, Supervision, commissioning and troubleshooting capability in Fire alarm/Detection systems (conventional and addressable).
• Fixed gas (H2S, LEL, and HCL) Detection/ Monitoring system (Honeywell, GMI, QRAE, etc.) installation and commissioning.
• Experienced in Pneumatic Control systems (Sensors, Transmitters, Solenoid valves, Control valves etc).
• Knowledge in PLC, SCADA.
• Programming SR Relay, SELCO.
• Good experience in Installation, Calibration and commissioning of tank monitoring system.
• Pressure and level sensor installation and calibration capability.
• Troubleshooting and installation experience in ship main engines and auxiliary engines emergency shutdown and alarm systems.
• Portable Electrical Measuring & Testing Instruments - Tachometers, Anemometers, etc.
• Knowledge in Calibration and certification of gas detectors (Qrae, BW, etc).
Calibration Services: Calibrate all measuring, controlling, testing & inspection tools and instruments, Control valves and Safety Valves - Torque wrenches - Pressure Gauges and Test Gauges. Portable and personal gas monitors. Fixed gas instruments on board ocean going vessels, Oil & Gas facilities and Industrial premises. Pneumatic / Electronic Pressure and Temperature Transmitters, Chart Recorders.
Well experienced in commissioning Instruments like Pressure Switches, Timers, Magnetic Flow Meter & other flow measuring equipments, Gauges, Solenoid valves, Level Switches, DP Transmitters, RTD's, Thermocouples, Level Sensors, Various gas sensors like Cl2 and LPG sensors & Instrumentation field Equipment like Pneumatic control valves, Thermal Expansion valve, Pressure Safety Valve etc.
•Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves (Weir, Flowserve, Metso).
•Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, Honeywell, Yokogawa)
