• Responsible for monthly & yearly financials P&L, B/S including all MIS Reports
• Credit Control - Domestic & Export including insurances
• Heading ERP Orion Oracle Based Implementation
• Supervision of Banking & Treasury functions interacting closely with banks
• Product Costing & Cost Benefit Analysis
• Negotiation & Approvals Of Insurances for Plant, machinery, properties, medical, vehicle, credit & marine insurances
• Inventory Control Training & Supervision
• Responsible for Financial & Tax Audit including filing of income tax return etc. Oversight the annual audit process and manage
audit cycle for the Group within IFRS & GAAP regulations
Temporary Assignments
Negotiation with banks for facilities restructuring, loans repayment, settle outstanding and over dues under OD-Receivables and
OCL limits.
• Finding customer for sale of mortgage items - Plant & Machinery etc.to settle the debt
• Payment to vendors after negotiating with them for final settlement along with recovery of due amount from customers
Financial Management Control - Review financial objectives set by the management, allocate resources accordingly, scan the
business environment to identify new avenues for investment and build a corpus of funds and reserves.
• Handle capital budgeting and investment planning, appraise and select profitable projects, judiciously mobilize available funds to
fuel business expansion and increase retained earnings.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and cash management to ensure optimum utilization of company funds, prevent cost
overruns, meet payment obligations and plan for contingencies; issue monthly financials and MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepared and presented revenue and financial reports for the region and head office with detailed analysis, raised requisitions
for additional funds during meetings with senior leaders and noted management recommendations to improve income-
expenditure account position.
• Obtained sanctions of the annual budget, allocated resources as per plan and controlled expenditure in line with budgetary
provisions, enforced the financial management policy of the organization and monitored departmental performance.
• Ensured regulatory compliance with respect to external financial reporting and generation of Profit Loss reports project wise and
company wise thru Microsoft AX.
• Advising management in developing the Programs and building financial models
• Carried out capital budgeting and assisted in planning projects for development initiatives undertaken by the organization, in-
charge of financial planning to ensure optimum utilization of available funds projecting Profit & Loss account, forecast Income &
Expense Statements.
