POSITION: ADMINISTRATOR / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• A UAE drivers license
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Excellence in Tender Preparation.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
• Relationship building skills

• Excellent administration and organizational skills
• Be a proactive, creative and innovative team player
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
• Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Secures information by completing data base backups.
• Helpdesk support of IT related issues
• Formulate valuable service schedules and programs for ensuring quality delivery and cost effective technical jobs.
• Well acquainted with Trouble shooting.
• Having knowledge in Windows, MS DOS, and Networking.

• Provide various testing and investigating procedures and formulate improvement measures to all accessible procedures.
