I am working at Aljazira Capital in the datacenter support.
Responsible for day to day support of all systems/servers/services related to our platform.
Design and develop and provide subject matter expertise on: Data Center capacity management, automation, data center tools, identity management, systems security, monitoring, trending, consolidations, relocations, migrations, and decommissions. Manage RFP processes and awards by identifying, evaluating and selecting vendor hardware, software and services based on Data Center Infrastructure specifications and requirements. Manage documentation and Standard Operation Procedures for Data Center products and services.

I worked at the Bank AlJazira in the Support center for the Saudi stock market. Interacted with customers over the phone and through electronic orders. Processed customer orders and verified their accuracy. Handled customer complaints and item disputes according to procedures; involved management as needed. Assisted customers in checking the status of any open service order or work request. Input customer orders into company’s software ordering system. Placed follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Assisted other Customer Service Representatives in their daily tasks.
