Responsible for updating, maintenance, and safekeeping of all employees records. Maintain personnel records and custodian of HR confidential material and information.
Responsible for job vacancy advertisement in news paper.
Perform special tasks assigned by the Managing Director, Asst. G.M.
and Division Managers
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Answers incoming telephone calls and refers to appropriate personnel
for proper handling.
Develops and maintain files, documents and confidential information.
Prepare salary transfer letter, telex transfer, memorandum etc…
Prepare bank letters requested by employees.
Responsible for all administrative and HR function of the organization.
* Responsible for salary administration of workers.
* Maintaining human resources records.
* Maintaining relationship with business intermediaries.
* Weekly reporting to General Manager
