Working as Production operator in SAIPEM (Total) FPSO KAOMBO SUL BLOCK 32 Field in ANGOLA since SEPT 2018- till date (Location: Angola)
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities of Top Side Process modules on FPSO and Subsea production system in coordination and active participation with vendors.
Top Side Process Commissioning Included Crude Stabilization Unit: Test-HP-LP Separator, Electrostatic treater, Chemical Injection System for Crude oil & Water side. Sea water and Produced Water System, water injection system.Gas Injection Package including Electric motor Driven Compressors, Gas Dehydration, Fuel Gas Compressor Package, Flare System, LP-HP Flare System & KOD with Pumps & Cause & Effect (ESD, PSD)
Subsea Production System Commissioning included Top Side Umbilical Termination Unit, Hydraulic Power Unit, Umbilical lines, Subsea X mas Trees - Production, Water Injection, Gas Injection, Gas Lift and X Mass tree valves, Multiphase Flow meters, Gas flow meters, etc.
Subsea Flow lines & Riser included Production Flow line, Risers, Pigging Loop, Gas Injection Lines, Water Injection Lines, Flexible Jumpers pipe, Subsea Distribution Unit.
Operation of Subsea Well that incorporate all equipment necessary for integration with subsea production systems and which can be operated safely from topside DCS systems via the variable speed drives and pump controls located in dedicated Power and Control Modules (PCMs)
Periodical checking of emergency shutdown and fire shutdown system.
Routine functional checking of SCSSV and SSV, Manifold valve operations.
Operation of X-mass tree valves, Production / Test header valves, Chemical injection valves, gas lift Choke etc. Controlling the well flow with variable or fixed choke according to the production requirement. Well bean up and bean down procedures.
Function Test of Multiphase flow meters, Gas Lift Flow meters, Methanol injection, Chemical injection etc.
Proficient in platform operations, controlling the operating parameters accordingly to achieve optimum production, maximum safety and environmental protection.
Experience in efficiently handling the gas-dehydration system.
Well experience with Glycol re-generation systems.
Monitoring and adjusting the different parameters in the system to achieve minimum moisture content and recording the data for the de-hydration performance of the unit
Controlling the parameters to re-generate lean glycol as good as possible.
Well conversant with Gas injection System using Dresser Rand reciprocating compressors.
Worked as Production operator/CRO in A&T Petroleum in FPSO Cyrus in South Pars Oil Field in Persian Gulf since January 2017-June 2018 (Location: Iran-Qatar Border)
Doing Control Room operation DCS, ABB 800 x A.
Doing startup wellhead and process plants.
Doing WELLHEAD operations as well and aware of Christmas tree .
Identification and rectification of problems to minimize production loss and reduce downtime. Problem Solving, guide and advise all operators on troubleshooting
Maintain Crude stabilization unit, Produced water system, Gas compression and conditioning system, Water injection system
Changeover of compressor, crude oil pump, vessel, hand over and take over.
Ensure Health Safety Environment & Quality Compliance
Discussing plant related issues in rack up meeting.
Plant Shut down and startup activity.
In Emergency situations ensures the safe Shutdown, Isolation and blow down of relevant plant equipment till the process attains the fail safe conditions as per ESD/PSD/USD.
Field inspection of machineries/equipments for any abnormalities like unusual sounds, pumps mechanical seal leaks, gas compressor condition (temperature, lubrication, condensate scrubber and cooling water levels) and faulty parts.
Cooperating in all type of critical function testing.
Coordinates with Supervisor for all abnormal occurrences in the operation.
To operate the plants Fire and Gas detection and fire protecton system.
Worked with Bumi Armada Berhad for their FPSO sterling, located at ONGC Mumbai high offshore west coast of india. Co-ordinate - control panel and field activities.
•To follow up SAFE WORK PERMIT SYSTEM.
•Identification and rectification of problems to minimize production loss and reduce downtime. Problem Solving, guide and advise all operators on troubleshooting
•Change over of compressor, crude oil pump, vessel, hand over and take over.

•Handled all types of major emergencies like plant trip, Power failure, Sea water injection trip, Compressor trip, Heater trip, pump trip from fields and panel
•In Emergency situations ensures the safe Shutdown, Isolation and blow down of relevant plant equipment till the process attains the fail safe conditions as per ESD/PSD/USD.
•Field inspection of machineries/equipments for any abnormalities like unusual sounds, pumps mechanical seal leaks, gas compressor condition (temperature, lubrication, condensate scrubber and cooling water levels) and faulty parts.

•Laboratory analysis, in field as well in lab with the lab tech.
•Lab test such as BS & W, SPECTROPHOTOMETER FOR organic carbon, SALINITY TEST.
•Performs float chamber flushing and high/low level alarms checking, testing of standby equipments and keeps working perimeter harm free.
•Coordinates with Supervisor for all abnormal occurrences in the operation.
•Oil side and water side chemical injection rate calculation and maintaining.
• Monitoring of CSU, WI, Gas Compressions, Chemical Injection Unit, Turret System, Topside, HPU System, Subsea System.
•To operate the plants Fire and Gas detection and fire production system.
•To conduct Tool Box meeting according to work permit related to Prod Dept.
•To report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the Plants or equipments.
•To maintain Water injection rate as per Target.
•To maintain Inhibition Log, Safety System Bypass Log, and send report to Production Supt/OIM.
•Ensure All LTI in proper position and well documented.
•Ensure & check all open and closed valve tags for every 3 months.
•To prepare Preservation Plan for all valves, equipment, pumps
Operaton and maintenance of process plant ONGC platform BPA & MHN.Co-ordinate and control panel and field activities.

AREAS OF OPERATIONS
SUBSEA &WELL HEAD OPERATION
•Operation of Subsea Well that incorporate all equipment necessary for integration with subsea production systems and which can be operated safely from topside DCS systems via the variable speed drives and pump controls located in dedicated Power and Control Modules (PCMs)
•Responsible for well control panels (WCR). Familiar with day-to-day wellhead operation.
•Periodical checking of emergency shutdown and fire shutdown system.
•Routine functional checking of SCSSV and SSV, Manifold valve operations.
•Operation of X-mass tree valves, Production / Test header valves, Chemical injection valves, gas lift Choke etc. Controlling the well flow with variable or fixed choke according to the production requirement. Well bean up and bean down procedures.
DCS-ICSS
•Developed Graphics as per PID & Control Narratives.
•Start-Up Sequences for Fuel Gas Compressor, Gas Injection Compressor, Water Injection HP Pumps, Fine & Coarse Filters etc.
•Operated Systems: ABB 800 X A
CHEMICAL SYSTEMS
•Routine calibration of the chemical injection pumps (Demulsifier, Wax Inhibitor, Scale inhibitor, nitrates, Oxygen Scavenger, H2S Scavenger, Anti foam agents, etc)
•Testing samples for BS&W, Overboard water oil PPM, Salinity.
UTILITIES
•Instrument Air Compressor Package, Nitrogen Generator Package, Sea Water Lift Pumps etc.
FIRE & SAFETY
•As a member in the emergency response team in the platform, well experience in the platform safety procedures and familiar with the different types of alarms and assigned responsibilities in case of any emergencies.
•Familiar with the different types of safety equipment for fire fighting and breathing apparatus etc.
•Checking and arranging of safety equipment for conducting various jobs in the platforms / FPSO as per the work permit.
•Well versed with Lock out / tag out and Permit to work system.
•Preparing work permits for hot jobs, vessel entries, etc. Indigenously developed PTW record & registry.
•Undergone various fire drills and abandon vessel shutdown drills on FPSO / Platforms.
