JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
TECHNICAL SKILL
• Electrical panel board control and power wiring.
• Building electrical maintenance lightning and power.
• Knowledge of CCTV and DVR unit.
• Knowledge of fire alarm control panel system.
• Knowledge of central battery system.
• Trouble shooting of electrical control panel.
• Operation and maintenance pumps and motors
• Knowledge of access control system
• Maintenance of district cooling AC system
JOB PROFILE
• To carry out all the operation and maintenance related activities of the facilities.
• To ensure the day of day operations and service request complaints are attended to in committed time.
• To carry out the regular planned preventive maintenance activities/annual maintenance activities are carried out on all electromechanical equipments as per maintenance program.
• Operation and maintenance of air conditioning centralized A/C.
• To record the number of complaints services request received fill up the maintenance logbooks. Parameter reading recording for the M&E Equpments in the maintenance logbook.
• Carry out timely switch ON/OFF various electro mechanical equipments and ensures smooth operation of the facilities.
• To provide monthly reports input as per the established/desired form.
• Weekly testing of generator and recording parameter reading in logbook
