• Facilitate different End Implementing Agencies (EIAs) to prepare investment plans for availing assistance under National Dairy Plan.
• Working of Project Implementation plan (PIP) for National Dairy Plan as per the guidelines of World Bank and Planning Commission, Govt of India. (National Dairy Plan is multi-state program with magnitude of Operation flood program implemented by NDDB. The programme envisages an increase in milk production to meet the National Demand of 210 Million tons in 2021-22)
• Developing an understanding of the World Bank's Operational Policy on Procurement Guidelines, undertaking Financial Management assessment, preparing Governance and Accountability Action Plan (GAAP), Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), developing Critical Risk Matrix and establishing the project implementation readiness criteria.
• Assisted the entire gamut of investment plan formulation for dairying units all over India.
Since April 2009 to October 2010 With National Dairy Development Board (Bangalore) As Manager (Planning)
• Part of team in formulation of National Dairy Plan (NDP) 2021-22.
• Macro viability of dairy units with different capacities across South India.
• Assisted the entire gamut of investment plan formulation for dairying units in South India
