Development of Structural design as per architectural or Plant layout. Approval of design from Government authorities and site supervision and preparation of RFI to Government inspectors, to ensure work was done as per design and specification.
Project details:-
•Preparation of as built drawing by laser scan survey (HDS) of expansion work in Refinery for preparation of RFI and obtaining Completion certificate from Hamariah Free Zone authorities for Gulf Petrochem FZC in Hamariah Free zone.
•Preparation of As built drawing for new Tanker filling station on Port and connecting supply lines with Plant after site survey and preparation of RFI for obtaining completion certificate from Government authorities for Sharjah National Lube Oil Co. L.L.C.
•Design of 2 projects G+3 Buildings, 6 projects for G+1 Villas and 5 project for Industrial Shelters of 20 x 60m
Dec’11-Apr17 with ERSAI Caspian Contracting LLC (Saipem), Kazakhstan as Civil Works and Structural Discipline Lead;
Responsibilities-
•Review and approve civil and Steel structural drawings. Issue detailed shop drawing
•Prepare scope of MOC related to Civil and structures.
•Perform site visit of existing plant for relocation/desolation activities, DAR, RFI, MOC.
•Prepare /Reply Technical queries and site queries
•Attend RFI and prepare red mark up drawings /site photos and close out.
•Obtaining permit to work PTW from HSE department
•Coordinate with Operation Team ( Operation advisor/ engineer /Manager
•Update tracking list of DAR/RFI/MOC/Installation/drawings.
•Rerouting of civil foundation /structures if clashes with Piping.
•Raise DCN for major relocation/reroutings.
•Review model by Navis works
•Provide Technical support to management on civil and structural issues.

•TCO Gas Future Growth Project - Module Fabrication for Gas Treatment Plant (Supporting construction for fabrication and clarification on structural issues).
•Fabrication Unmanned Well Head Management and Production Module for Kashagan Oil Field Experimental Program Cluster (EPC 2&3) (Supporting Engineering Manager during bidding phase, constructability review and fabrication) involved in MC team and completed Mechanical completion and load out manual. Development of Structural design Floating of tender and Technical Bid Evaluation of Offers received from Contractor. Project management including contract management. Supervision of contractor works and releasing contractor payment as per work progress. Approval of design change and variation order due to this change. Ensure the quality of work done as per design and specification.

This Circle is administrating all Irrigation Project in West Singhbhum District. It includes Sonua Reservoir Project, Jharjhara Reservoir Project, Nakti Reservoir Project, Torlo Reservoir Project and Shuru Reservoir Project
