Planning Scope of Work
• Preparation of micro schedule for offshore, and onshore activities for EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning) project
• Preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Biweekly updating of the primavera project plan with actual progress and manhours
• Updating of S-Curves & project data dashboards
• Updating of mobilization status and plan for onshore-offshore rotational schedule
• Look after critical activity schedule and risk analysis, delay analysis reporting
• Looking after progress measurement database system for engineering, procurement, and construction
• Manpower and manhours histogram preparation and updating with HSE statistics
• Progress reporting for physical procurement status and MDR
• Updating of project KPI and TQ
• Updating project interface report and punch list allocation along with inspection monitoring
• Preparation of offshore readiness checklist with shutdown tracker for client
POB Coordinator
• Involves in offshore and marine operations: Platform, Supply & passenger vessel, accommodation barge, operational vessel, Mooring operation, drilling, completion
• Inbound & Outbound Manpower: Verify all POBs is manifested as well as returned documents. Airway Bill, Delivery
• Dawinci player: Booking of all personnel IN/OUT & ensure booking
POB Management: Passenger vessel and chopper sorties, Mob-Demob of Crew, Tracking and updating report, change

• Preparation, Controlling and analyzing of risk and operuntites for the project.
