Armada TPCE was appointed by PETRONAS Carigali Terengganu to provide Engineering Services to support CAPEX/OPEX Facility Improvement Project (FIP) Brownfield, for 2+1 years. The works cover offshore and onshore facilities for PETRONAS Peninsular Malaysia Operations.

Job Responsibilities
Reports to Project Manager in project management and execution of:
• Translating client requirements into practical terms, evaluate, prioritising and organising project tasks into the required timeline.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning multi-discipline engineers personnel to phases and elements.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

Project Name : Facility Improvement Project (FIP) CAPEX and OPEX (Brownfield Work)

Work Description
• To execute company CAPEX and OPEX (Brownfield) work requested by Operation or internal Group Technical Services upon recommendation and approval from Company Technical Review Committee/Board.
• To coordinate/interface with respective discipline Engineer, Procurement, Contract, Construction, Commissioning, Installation and Operation department to ensure complete work pack are in-order prior issuing ITB to selected vendor’s/contractor’s.
• To develop project scope of work and requirements with input from discipline Engineer’s.
• To participate during Technical and Commercial Bidding Review/Evaluation.
• To ensure project activities in a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly manner and to be compliant with HSE Management System.
• To ensure project activities meet company’s QAQC, specification and relevant requirement.
• To interface day to day with appointed Contractor, meetings and review daily/weekly report issued by Contractor.

Job Responsibilities
Reports to Project Manager, act as a Company Project Engineer/Site Representative for the overall engineering, construction and fabrication, testing and commissioning, installation works (EPCIC) inclusive of Structural, Piping, Mechanical, E&I etc. for dedicated project.

Project Name : IRAQ SEALINE PROJECT - IRAQ Crude Oil Export Facility Reconstruction Project (COEFRP)

Work Description
The project is to develop IRAQ Crude Oil Export Facility Reconstruction Project (COEFRP). The Project aim is to establish the reliability of the existing pipeline system infrastructure among main terminals of onshore Fao Oil Storage Terminal (FOT), offshore Al Basrah Oil Terminal (ABOT) and offshore Khor Al Amaya Terminal (KAAT). To achieve this aim the existing infrastructure required new facilities. The new pipeline and facilities include:
• 48 " pipeline,
• two valve station platforms (VS-1 at BOT and VS-2 at KAAT) and
• SPM loading terminal. SPM is installed to maintain existing export volumes during condition check of existing pipelines.
The 48” pipeline route is from the onshore (FOT) to Valve Station platform (VS-1) and branched to the existing BOT Loading Platform-B and the new SPM loading terminal. From VS1 the new 48” pipeline is branched to another new Valve Station platform VS-2 to be installed at KAAT area so as to interconnect the existing BOT loading platform to the KAAT.

Project Name : TURKMENISTAN BLOCKS 1 GAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, Republic of Turkmenistan - EPCIC of Magtymguly Collector Riser Platform (MCR-A)
- EPCIC of Magtymguly Drilling Platform (MDP-A)
Client : Petronas Carigali Turkménistan Sdn Bhd (PCTSB)

Work Description
The project is to develop Block 1, Caspian Sea located between 30-100km offshore of Turkmenistan and in 30-100m water depth. PCTSB has engaged MMHE/Technip JV to perform Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC) in two (2) phases for Block 1 field development. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1A Gas (MDP-A & MCR-A) to achieve gas sales of 250 MMscfd by end March 2010. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1B Gas (OWEZ) to achieve 500 MMscfd by end September 2010. MCR-A is a collector riser type platform. The jacket is a 4-legged fixed GBS foundation structure with section skirt arrangement. The MDP-A is a drilling platform connected by a bridge to MCR-A.

Job Responsibilities
Reports to Senior Resident Manager, responsible for:

a) Magtymguly Drilling Platform (MDP-A)
- As a Project Coordinator (KL Base) for Engineering & Procurement deliverables to site (Turkmenistan).
- Follow-up on Engineering & Procurement status are accordance to project planning, schedule and client specification.

b) Magtymguly Collector Riser (MCR-A) - Fabrication works (12000 MT)
- As a Project Coordinator for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning for the MCR-A deliverables. (Based in Kiyanly, Turkmenistan)
- Follow-up on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning for the MCR-A status are accordance to project planning, schedule and client specification.
- Full time involved as a Project Coordinator for the construction & fabrication works for the MCR-A inclusive of Structural, Mechanical, E&I, HVAC, Architecture & Load-Out activities based at MMHE Pasir Gudang, Johor and Kiyanly, Turkmenistan.
- Involved from project bidding, evaluation, planning, scheduling, and resource management and coordinating with other technical discipline to ensure timing, quality and safe completion of project in accordance with specifications.
- Assist Huck-Up and Commissioning team coordinating and execute the works.

Project Name : MELUT BASIN OIL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - EPCC of Bashayer 2 Marine Terminal Facilities, Republic of Sudan

Work Description
The project involved the EPCC of Marine Terminal Facilities (Marine Tankage Terminal including process facilities and Single Point Mooring) located in Port of Sudan on the Red Sea Coast. The Terminal designed for 2, 000, 000 BPD shipping rate with 300, 000 DWT tanker mooring capacity and 4, 500, 000 bbl ultimate crude oil storage capacities. The facility consists of crude inlet system & storage, crude export & metering system, open drain & effluent water system, closed drain & relief system, hot oil system, instrument and utility air system, fire protection system, potable & utility water system, wax processing system, crude fuel & diesel fuel system, power generation & distribution system, plant control system including SCADA, plant emergency shutdown system, cathodic protection system, heat tracing system, CALM system, subsea pipeline & onshore pipeline.

Work Description

a) To assist Project Manager in project management and execution.
b) To assist Project Manager in preparing bid proposal, scheduling and project planning.
c) To coordinate, prepare & review project reports, ITB, IFC, AFC and documentations consistency with client requirements i.e. PTS and other international standards & specifications.
d) To coordinate, implement, execute and oversee the progress of the project & final project acceptance undertaken as a client representative. (onshore/offshore).
e) To present, conduct meeting & liaise with clients to ensure proper coordination and communication with appointed contractor. (onshore/offshore).
f) To coordinate and attend local & oversea project FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with client -i.e. Italy (valve), Germany (pumps), UK (pumps), Turkey (transformer, gen-set)
g) To attend site visit with client and relevant discipline engineer in order to ensure the progress of the project undertaken meet client requirements and specifications.
h) To assist, develop and oversee client to evaluate the ITB technical & commercial proposal.

Work Description

Involved in design, built, operate and maintain water supply system and facilities with a total produce capacity of 950 MLD treated water. Constructing 4 units of reservoirs, installation 120 km of water pipeline distribution and 1 unit of Booster pumping Station. Seconded to consultant, SMHB to coordinate, supervised & monitored the site installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of M&E works for the:
a) Raw water intake works & pumping station
b) Raw water & treated water pumping mains.
c) Water treatment plant including treated water pumping plant & sludge treatment facility, mechanical & electrical, SCADA/instrumentation/telemetry works. Chemical plant including fluoride, polyelectrolyte, lime & alum preparation equipment & control room. Building services including firefighting system, telephone services & electrical system.
d) To coordinate and involve for the plant SCADA, telemetry, MCC, LCP, SP, IP, starter board and switchboard inspection, testing, installation and sequence process testing at factory and site.
e) To verify and involve in electrical panel energizing, performance test, setting and procurement of spare parts tool for M&E equipment at site.
f) To review and clarify works done by M&E contractor at site accordingly to the requirements of the contract and specifications.
