Work Description
The project is to develop IRAQ Crude Oil Export Facility Reconstruction Project (COEFRP). The Project aim is to establish the reliability of the existing pipeline system infrastructure among main terminals of onshore Fao Oil Storage Terminal (FOT), offshore Al Basrah Oil Terminal (ABOT) and offshore Khor Al Amaya Terminal (KAAT). To achieve this aim the existing infrastructure required new facilities. The new pipeline and facilities include:
• 48 " pipeline,
• two valve station platforms (VS-1 at BOT and VS-2 at KAAT) and
• SPM loading terminal. SPM is installed to maintain existing export volumes during condition check of existing pipelines.
The 48” pipeline route is from the onshore (FOT) to Valve Station platform (VS-1) and branched to the existing BOT Loading Platform-B and the new SPM loading terminal. From VS1 the new 48” pipeline is branched to another new Valve Station platform VS-2 to be installed at KAAT area so as to interconnect the existing BOT loading platform to the KAAT.

The project is to develop Block 1, Caspian Sea located between 30-100km offshore of Turkmenistan and in 30-100m water depth. PCTSB has engaged MMHE/Technip JV to perform Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC) in two (2) phases for Block 1 field development. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1A Gas (MDP-A & MCR-A) to achieve gas sales of 250 MMscfd by end March 2010. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1B Gas (OWEZ) to achieve 500 MMscfd by end September 2010. MCR-A is a collector riser type platform. The jacket is a 4-legged fixed GBS foundation structure with section skirt arrangement. The MDP-A is a drilling platform connected by a bridge to MCR-A.

Reports to Senior Resident Manager, responsible for:

a) Magtymguly Drilling Platform (MDP-A)
- As a Project Coordinator (KL Base) for Engineering & Procurement deliverables to site (Turkmenistan).
