• Lead EPC/LSTK execution of large-scale industrial surface preparation and coating facilities for oil &
gas, maritime, offshore and shipyard applications, including robotic blasting systems, abrasive
recovery, dust collection, separators, dehumidification, VOC abatement, transfer systems and
integrated controls.
• Serve as project focal point for client, PMC, engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors and
site teams; maintain decision logs, action trackers, interface registers and closeout priorities.
• Prepare and implement Project Execution Plans, project procedures, mobilization plans,
manpower/resource forecasts, procurement trackers, construction sequences, method statements and
handover plans.

environmental packages.

reports, S-curves, progress measurement, cost reports, risk registers and schedule recovery actions.
• Control commercial exposure through subcontract administration, procurement negotiation support,
variation registers, change orders, EOT support, claim substantiation and payment certification.
• Participate in constructability reviews, schedule risk reviews, HAZOP, HAZID and SIMOPS workshops;
coordinate QA/QC, HSE, inspections, FAT/SAT, punch-list closeout and final dossiers.

• Provided PMC-side project controls for EPC, industrial and infrastructure projects, covering schedule
review, progress measurement, cost monitoring, milestone tracking, contractor reporting and
management dashboards.
• Developed and reviewed WBS-based progress measurement systems for physical and financial
progress, including Value of Work Done, earned value, productivity trends, resource histograms and
cash flow projections.
• Performed Earned Value Management analysis including CPI, SPI, ETC and EAC; identified schedule
slippage, cost variance, productivity gaps and required recovery actions.
• Reviewed contractor baseline programmes, updates, look-ahead schedules, progress narratives,
procurement status, manpower/equipment histograms and critical path movements.
• Conducted FIDIC-based EOT and delay claim analysis covering notices, contemporaneous records,
revised programmes, impacted activities, causation, entitlement and substantiation documents.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants and contractors for progress meetings, contract correspondence,
milestone approvals, interim payment certificates, variation assessment and closeout reporting.
