 Reporting to Operation supv, Supt and FPM all supervisory report and production Daily reports.
 Monitor field wise process at FPFs and well site, and maintain production within required target.
 Optimize Oil Fields performance to increase oil production and reduce well down time through monitoring all operational parameters.
 Troubleshooting problematic wells abnormalities, well production decline, and observe, analysis and reporting of all surface parameters.
 Monitor Field facilities and process performance, upset of (production- water cut and PPM) Recommend the remedial actions to resolve all operational problematic
 Check and follow PM- maintenance of all static and rotary Equipment and reporting abnormalities to maintenance team.
 Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the section. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by management for the position.
 Plans an directs the regular checking and recording of various flows, levels, pressures and temperatures to ensure they are within specified operation limits. Reviews abnormal readings and takes corrective action. Drafts requests to deal with unresolved problems.
 Checks and monitors the quality of produced oil to ensure it is within the specified limits. Includes Scheduling laboratory activities related to sampling and testing of oil. Authorizing adjustment of chemical treatment programs and injection rates.
 Prepares daily production report. Includes receiving and reviewing collated reports, carrying out necessary corrections, finalizing it and processing it as require.
 Liaises with the CPF Unit Supervisors on any production shutdown or start-up. Supervises the timely operation to minimize down time and loss of production.
 Liaises with Production Engineering Supervisors on well work-over/completion program to ensure their proper implementation.
 Ensures all equipment of the surface facilities are operating in a good manner and reports any maintenance needs.
 Supervises the collection of reliable field’s data, analyzes such data and ensures inspection and corrosion protection programs are implemented as scheduled.
 Ensures chemical Supplies are adequate and order tanks are filled when necessary.
 Supervises and participates in major overhauls and shutdowns and discusses production/ maintenance of the surface facilities and the wells to determine most suitable time for shutdown plant is purged.

Water injection foreman at Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC)

 Monitor 44 wells water injection plus 5 WSW day to day activities and well parameters data reported by well site operator
 Validation and confirming inflow of Field View production data, and daily production report
 Report abnormalities and work request - WR to maintenance for 44 well sites 5 WSW.
 Manpower in charge of three station (control room Operator- FPF operators and subordinates- 35 person day and night shift.
 Daily observing of wells parameters: (WHP), (CP) (FLP), (V), (A), (FLT), Freq. and RPM.
 Operate and maintains all equipment in accordance with safe work procedures.
 Oil wells production performance optimization using Echo meter Well Analyzer for data acquisition, analysis, liquid level and Pressure
 Arrange technical and general requirements (gas detectors, Pig availability- warehouse general consumptions and other requirements.
 Detection and clear all under line Equipment related to production - Oil pipeline, under line power cable, and Fiber-optic cables, using line detector.

FPF CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (DCS) at Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC)

 All kind of production field operations such as: start-up, shutdown, monitoring and marinating the process parameters.
 Troubleshooting and diagnosing operation problems - participating in start-up commissioning activities.
 Operate the following utilities: Free Water Knockout Drums (FWKOs), Test Separator, Crude oil transfer pumps, Skimmed oil pumps, PPD & Demulsifier Pumps, Potable water pumps, Heaters, Air compressors and Electrical Generator
 Most of these utilities are operated by computer software in the control room (DCS).
 Running API gravity and BS & WC tests for oil samples.
 Preparing operation reports: Wellhead log sheet - Field Production daily report.
 Familiar with DCS (Distribution Control System) -Real flex (metering skid & Proving test) - Operation & diagnose Operation problems for DCS \[Freelance 2000\]-Scada Overview.

FPF Out Side Operator at Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC)

 Perform routine check for all facilities.
 Check the transfer pump lube oil, the deferential pressure, motor heat, amps status and up normal sound.
 Start, reset the air compressor and drain the condensate from air compressor receiver.
 Perform the well on test and take the test result.
 Perform Start up the heater treater and fill the water path.
 Back wash for potable water filter.
 Start up the chemical pumps and adjust the injection rate.
 Observe the sucking oil from drain pit and burn pit by vacuum truck.
 Take the meter reading and observe the deferential pressure on metering skid and take the reading from water meter.
 Line up the meter (change over from A to B and reverse) and clean the meter filter.
 Do the gas test for the hot work.
 Check the cable and the pipes by the pipe detector.
 Check and start up the emergency generator.

Production Operator at Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company (GNPOC)

 Start up and stop the Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP) and PCP (VSD) type. and Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP).
 Daily observing of (PCP & ESP) working conditions and lubricating and report any problem, leaking or up normal sound.
 Daily reading of the well parameters such as: Volt, Current, Tubing Head Pressure (THP), Flow Line Pressure (FLP), Casing Head Pressure (CHP), Flow Line Temperature (FLT), chemical injection reading and Micro Motion data.
 Collecting oil samples from the wells for water cut testing.
 Cleaning the wellhead & MCC, cutting the grass in the location.
 Line up the well in test line in OGMs.
 Adjust the chemical injection rate.
 Filling the chemical in the well site day tanks.
 Isolate the well for the Rig service and lineup after the job finish.
 Check the cables and the pipes detector.
 Do the gas tester for welding job in the well site.
 Observing flow lines flushing from wells to FPF.
