• Working with the main contractors and subcontractors to coordinate the installation of street lighting and RO plants at the site. This is to ensure that the project progresses according to schedule.
• Review of Subcontractor pre-qualification documents, material submittals, method statements, and O&M Manuals and ensure the contractor complies with all contract requirements.
• Managing the assigned personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress
• Assisting in the testing and commissioning of Plants
• Ensuring that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records and project safety regulations.
• Keeping the resident engineer informed of work progress and issues.
