 All NSS operational actions & Maintenance actions including Fault Management, and maintenance of all MSS, HLR, MGW, MSC, GMSC, GCS, ATCA MSS/MGW, NTHLR and DX200 HLR.
 Basic operation of NTHLR (GUI & CLI) and related to customer.
 Troubleshooting and card replacement of all types of faulty hardware unit of IPA/DX200/ATCA.
 Handling Clear Codes.
 Work on Critical Alarms.
 Regular health checkup for all NSS elements.
 Regular Back up’s of all IPA & ATCA Nodes.
 B-Number Definition.
 Hands on experience on GSM nodes like GMSC, MSC, MGW, GMGW, HLR, NTHLR and VLR.
 Definition of LAC and Cell IDs.
 Augmentation of POI, E1s and TRAUs.
 VLR subscriber and equipment trace handling
 Internal & external customer complaint resolution of (GUI) based.
 As per request all types of configuration parameter changes of NSS element.
 Troubleshooting of network elements & resolving Trouble Ticket’s.
 Generation of various types of reports from system node.
 Good Communication and Presentation Skills with ability to communicate to customer effective
