The main project objectives are to install a new jump over line between the onshore and offshore compressors at Safaniya as the existing onshore compressors have insufficient capacity to handle the excess associated gas that is based on 2016 MSC forecast which is confirmed by RAM study. Moreover, installation of filtration systems upstream each of the existing onshore gas compression trains as detailed in Process Design Basis.

scope of work covered under this project is to carry out enhancement from 4” to 6” of Product Acid transfer line in PAP Train B & A (Procurement & Construction). Brief scope of work is as below.
•Demolition of existing 4” pipelines from train B & A
•Supply, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of product acid transfer 6” train B & A piping.

Ethylene Glycol Debottlenecking Project and Turn Around-YANSAB/SABIC

•De-bottlenecking Project for One reaction train with two water-cooled Ethylene Oxide (EO) Reactor System with recovery facilities, glycol reaction, evaporation and purification unit (40% Increase of Existing Production)
Mono Ethylene Glycol Production : 700, 000 MTPY 919, 500 ~ 974, 000 MTPY
•48days Turn around for replacement of all heavy equipment, 600 tie in, over 700 loop checks, 80 plus rotary and static equipment and Transformers installation and alignment, 14000dia inches piping fit up and welding by replacing existing lines
•Hydro-testing of over 1000 packages, Pre-commissioning activities like passivation, steam blowing, air blowing, flushing and re-statement of same packages

and Piping work includes for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of Mechanical and Piping infrastructure for Process Facilities Re-lining, DE-lining, Substation, Storage and Transfer Trolley which forms part of the Ma’aden Aluminum Smelter Pot Relining Facility.
•Electrical design services (applicable to detail design required for equipment supplied), drawings, materials, equipment, labor, tools, expertise and supervision necessary to construct the electrical infrastructure of Re-lining, de-lining facility and Dust collection unit.
