 Responsible for various other duties as assigned by senior engineers. Achieving the highest level of quality to the satisfaction of the Consultant, Client and the Management.
 Planning for the required resources like Materials, Manpower, Equipment and Machineries.
 Liaising with consultants / clients, sub-contractors, suppliers & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals for execution on time
 Co-ordinate the works with Sub-Contractors.
 Monitoring Day to Day activities of execution.
 Utilizing the resources fullest to complete the project within the assigned time.
 Preparing of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress report.
 Preparing Bar Bending Schedule
 Submitting Materials Approval Sheet (MAS) and getting its approval.
 Rising RFI (Request for Information) for details that are missing in the drawing.
 Preparing CVI (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction) for the verbal instruction given by the Consultant / Clients during the construction activities.
 Strict Supervision on all respective tasks.
 Monitoring the project and ensure its proper execution / Safe work environment.
 Shop drawing / Coordination drawing preparation and getting approvals from the client.
 Procurement of material with quotations from supplier and making summary of cost comparison.
 Coordinate with QS to prepare bills and for EI’s, variations, Omission & Additions
 Sort out Discrepancies in between BOQ, Tender Drawing, Specifications and working drawings
 Review the Sub contractors invoice bills as per material delivery & progress at site.
