Citrix.
~ Windows Installation, driver installation, configuring network printers,
troubleshooting network connectivity issues and Desktops & Laptops hardening.
~ Maintaining call report and handover report of the activities on daily basis.
~ Ensuring a Virus Free environment doing periodical updates and scanning.
