Responsibilities: ~ Handling day to day issues, using Case Management System (CMS) a call
Monitoring tool
~ Computer Management using AD Console.
~ Configuring and maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Thin clients, Printers and AVAYA
IP phones
~ Providing support on Desktop as well as VDI Environment based on VMware and
Citrix.
~ Windows Installation, driver installation, configuring network printers,
troubleshooting network connectivity issues and Desktops & Laptops hardening.
~ Maintaining call report and handover report of the activities on daily basis.
~ Ensuring a Virus Free environment doing periodical updates and scanning.
