o Managing ERP Servers
 Creating Users and assigning permissions on respective modules
 Schedule the SQL Database Backup
Implementation and Administration of Tivoli Storage Manager
 Installation and Configure IBM TSM Server
 Installation of the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Administration Centre
 Installation of TSM Client on Servers for backup File System, SQL Database, Exchange Server
 Create and manage storage pools and storage pool volumes
 Plan and implement policy management
 Defining the TSM Backup Schedules
 Back up, archive, restore, and retrieve data with GUI and Web client
 Managing IBM Tape Library TS3200
 Configuration of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager’s Operational Reporting
o Network Infrastructure
 Configuration and Administration of CISCO based Network Infrastructure
 Configuration of Inter VLAN Routing
o Network Security
 Implementation and Administration of Juniper SSG550 Firewall and UTM
 Defining the Firewall Policies
 oo Preparing Request For Proposal for new hardware and software products
o Negotiating and establish service contracts with Vendors for the Servers, Network Devices, Security Appliances, CCTV and Times & Attendance Systems
o Ensuring Vendors are meeting the SLA terms and conditions
Analyzing the Request For Proposal from customers and formulating the technical and financial proposals by identifying the appropriate solutions/services from prospective vendors
o Maintaining IT Internal Infrastructure inline to ISO policy
o Maintaining ISO Audit document for IT Infrastructure
